Its a nice clean facility. Front desk was friendly enough to me. But my issue was with the doctor and the ultrasound person. I had my first appointment and a vaginal ultrasound. My toddler was with because my husband had to be in China for work. And we dont have anyone near to help us. So that being said my kid is being good just wants to explore. The ultrasound lady seemed annoyed with him, so that kinda of was a bummer. I asked her to get me photos and a video of baby so I could share with husband since he was in China. She made the comment "was he here when you conceived" and laughed it off. Like wtf who says that?!?? Yes my husband was here he is the father goodness. Then she didnt let me know she was going to touch and it surprised me and I felt uncomfortable. She the. Did a pap, worst pap I have every been through. I got to the point I was like are you done yet, its really hurting. But she just kept going. I was in so much pain and I had to tell her to stop. She was so rude and unhelpful and as Im up on the table my son opens the door. Does she help.... no... so I quick grab my clothes and go chase after my kid. Could have at least closed the door so he couldnt leave. But whatever I guess. Then when I finally see doctor he was ok. He listened but then when I said I want to keep nursing my son. He told me I couldnt and needed to stop. But I know its safe to nurse and I know plenty of family that has nursed during pregnancy. So I was turned off by that. And then my questions seemed to be answered with generic answers I could have googled easily. The other part is there are quite a few doctors and they cant guarantee who will deliver baby. So I also didnt want to have to go through so many doctors. I havent gone back and I wont I found a different clinic to go to.

I could not figure out my insurance coverage in the begining and the administration harassed me so much for the money that I had contractions. She told me that I should go to The hospital in Minneapolis for people like me and they will not accept me at the hospital. She was fighting with me for an hour and seam to enjoy it. I complained to nurse practitioner later on and she just responded as if it is not a big deal. Hospital notes does not include my complaines in it. Nobody ever apologized to me. I had to wait for Doctor and just seating there not knowing what is going on, nobody cared. Then another lady showed up and nurse went on and on with apologies. I never seen a person with accent there. May be they dont like immigrants. I had Dr.Darrah as my doctor. Seen her 2 times in 5 moth period. After waiting for her for 1.5 hours I told her that my time cost money just like hers and hospital should not expect patients to wait for the doctors. She said she feels sorry that I feel that way which is not good enough. She should apologize that the hospital overlooks or expect people to wait for them. Then when I called to ask for the note to for a pat time at my work because I feel bad she responded that she did not feel I need that. Despite my complaints and luck of sleep!!!

My Wife and I did fertitlity testing, treatments, and from the first initial "consult" meeting we had I couldnt have been more dissapointed. I should have realized right from that moment that this company was merely a business. they didnt have any regard or respect to the situation which had led us to their facility. Their business model is disgraceful. They are out for one thing. Your money. We have plenty of money to pay for these procedures... but unless your account is completely paid up, they wont let you continue with treatment, even if its in the middle of your cycle. They turned my wife away from multiple appointements because we hadnt yet paid on bills that we hadnt even RECEIVED yet. I would never recommend this facility to any of my friends, nor would I ever set foot in that building again.

I have never had a better experience with any similar doctors or even doctors of other disciplines. I adore the staff, MA, PA, and Dr at OGI. Their compassion, consideration, and respect, are comparable to none. I have been going to my doctor there since I was 16, gone through surgeries, and had my first baby (now almost a second) in over a 10 year span with them and I can tell you that compared to my friends and family who go elsewhere I have been blessed to have my experiences with OGI. If you are looking for a OB/GYN doctors office this is by far the best.

I decided to set up an appointment at this clinic due to the high ratings, but I was very disappointed in my visit. I arrived at 2:50 and was not seen until almost an hour later. Once I was finally brought into a room I had to wait until 10-15 minutes for the Dr. to arrive to the room. The appointment was no more than 10 minutes and they ushered me out. I would not recommend this place! It was possibly a busy day, but even the friendliness of the staff seemed off. I will finding a new doctor for future visits.

The front desk staff have no idea what theyre doing, I am always on hold, they say they check my notes then return utterly confused as if they indeed never read a single note or no one is taking them accurately, never heard of a baseline ultrasound? Please. And out of all offices I have been too, I have never seen such a money hungry, tasteless practice.

Cancelling my appointment. Like one user stated staff is not friendly. A few times I called in either someone hung up or I could never finish my sentence because staff would cut me off. I cant imagine what it would be like if I actually made it in to an appointment. Waiting to be seen doesnt seem to be worth being treated with no patience.

This office and staff is amazing. I have had good news with them and sad news. Both were handled wonderfully. They treat you so professionally and personally. Everytime I visit it feels like home. I cant say enough great things about this office.

Their Doctors and Team are amazing. I would recommend this group to anyone that needed assistance with fertility and or normal OBGYN visits. They are courteous, have a great bedside manner and go over all your options with great detail.
