Yesterday I came into this location and arrived 30min early to fill out paper work because I was a new patient. I had already received some bad customer service on the phone but I ignored it, because Doctor Jones was highly recommended, and thought to myself, "she was probably having a bad day." I walked into the waiting room and the lights were off, So I left the door open, to get some light, and went up to the desk and signed in. I sat there for maybe 10 min until someone came out, with food still in their mouth, saying "You could of just turned on the lights" which I replied " first time here, didnt know why you had them off" Which she rudely replies "cause were at lunch" she closed the door and went into the back, where her and her coworkers laughed at the situation. I continued to sit there... 2:00 came around and still no one acknowledged me. I decided to get up and leave at 2:10. Im so bothered by how they treated me. I havent gone to a doctor in years and finally my family convinced me to go... and I get this treatment. I dont understand how they can treat someone so disrespectfully. I dont have anything to say about Doctor Jones herself because I never got to see her, but the girls at the front desk are so rude. As women we have to put ourselves in a situation which is already uncomfortable and I would hope that when you go into this line of business you would have at least the common courtesy to make things a little more comfortable for us, instead of treating us like we are bothersome

I started seeing Dr. Jones in early January for my first check up. I was nervous, but Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable. I was able to ask questions without judgment and got simple answers, and not some long-winded answer. Although, her staff is a horrible reflection on Dr. Jones. Her staff is rude when you try to ask a question, seem to always have bad day and there is no hint of politeness in the way they talk to their patients. Just recently I had to make a call to my doctor to get a refill on my birth control, I had called the office and they said they would send the refill. I waited about 3 days and I still didnt hear anything from my pharmacy and I even called them each day to see if they got the refill. Nothing. On the 3rd day, I called the doctors office to ask if they sent the refill. They told me yes and my birth control should be ready. So, to double check, I called my pharmacy to see if they did in fact get the refill. They said no. At this point, Im getting frustrated, so I call the office yet again and told them my pharmacy didnt receive any refill. Which means, they most likely LIED to me to get me off their back. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then was told it was NOW sent to my pharmacy. I was able to finally get my birth control but when I got home, i found out that it was the WRONG BIRTH CONTROL. Absolutely horrible staff, and need to improve greatly. Dr. Jones loses patients because of the way the staff act.

Dr.Jones is amazing! She has one of the best bed-side manners Ive ever seen...ever! She is caring, courteous and very knowledgeable. Regardless of your concern, you feel at ease. Id give her 5 stars but I subtracted a star for her staff. Her staff is terrible. I thought it was just me, but seeing the other reviews online shows Im not the only one thinking that they need either an education or a re-education or a class on hospitality. Terrible! Dr Jones, if you are reading this, please, please please clean house and hire a new staff! Thank you!

Good doctor with very rude and unprofessional staff. I am not writing this review from a one-time experience. There has never been a time that I went to this doctor or called the office and the staff wouldnt let you finish a sentence, couldnt respond to basic questions or/and had a nasty attitude. I dont like leaving businesses bad reviews but the staff who answer phones and greet clients are terribly rude.

Dr is great staff is horrible. Front office girl is so rude and obnoxious and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Sadly I will be removing myself from the practice because of the staff . I do not recommend whatsoever. Unless you enjoy being mistreated by ill mannered receptionist then this is your place.

I wouldnt waste my time going to this doctor. So unprofessional. They never get back to you with information about your appointment and they are always in "Clinicals". The receptionist is rude as well. Will not be returning...

Dr. Jones was my first OB/GYN and she made everything very easy and smooth for me and took time to make sure I understood everything she was saying. I recommend her to everyone I know.
