Hands down the best Chiropractic team in San Antonio!!! Dr. Nolasco saved me from having to undergo surgery! I was in a very bad wreck where I had 2 herniation’s of the nucleus polposus (herniated discs) in L5 & L4 and 4 bulging discs in my neck. I lost feeling in my left arm and feeling down both my legs. The pain level was unbearable at times where I would stay in bed for a day or two. Dr. Nolasco not only educated me on my diagnosis but reassured me that him and his team would do the best to get me feeling better soon. He referred me out to a pain management Dr. which they worked in tandem to get me the optimal help needed for my situation. Some days the pain would make me highly irritable however walking into the office would literally give me an attitude adjustment with the friendly professional staff, whether it was the therapeutic hands of Michelle giving me ultra sound or tens stimulation, or the very soothing sounds coming out of Brenda’s playlist for the patients to enjoy while undergoing their individualized treatments. Within a couple of months of continual treatment I was beginning to feel like my normal self again! That why I can whole heartedly say Dr. Nolasco and his team gave me, New Hope!

Dr. Nolasco has seen our family for over 10 years. We were excited to see his new office and continue our care. The office is convenient, our appointments are on time, and the staff is friendly and kind. He saw my husband for a sports injury, myself after a car accident, and most importantly- our son. Our 9 year old has multiple disabilities and attends intensive physical therapy. Dr. Nolasco has always treated him with care and respect. Our son is non-verbal, but he points to the adjustment table and he claps after his adjustments. We can see on his face that he feels so much better after seeing Dr. Nolasco. I highly recommend!!

Im somewhat new to the San Antonio area and learning the area and places I like to be treated at medically. I went to a few Chiropractic offices where I questioned if they could help me at all. When I went to new hope I had the pleasure of speaking to the Chiropractor right on the phone and when I went into the office to be seen he was extremely attentive, listened, and had helped with all of the pains I had. The most important thing to me when I am new to a doctors office is the look of the office and his office was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Absolutely best doctor and staff. Dr. Noel takes the time I need to hear my situation and explain whats going on in terms I understand. Ive been seeing Dr. Noel Nolasco since I moved here to SA in 2010 so 7 years and hes consistent on treatment explanation etc. His staff is amazing too, Brenda always has a smile to greet you and ALWAYS by name. Both the office staff and Dr. Nolasco are amazing! They always make me feel welcome each time I visit. Dr. Nolasco is very attentive when I express the pain I feel on my upper back and has been very informative as to what might be causing my pain. Went to New Hope hoping to get some relief for my knee after I had been experiencing excruciating pain. After speaking to Dr. Nolasco and doing some therapy, I can happily say I came out with the ability to walk normally. I hadnt been able to do that before because of the pain.
