I loved Dr. Rosales adjustments, but I have been going to various chiropractors since I was 8 weeks old. Lets just say Ive been adjusted quite a bit in my life. Having been stationed in England and Germany Ive had to change chiropractors multiple times and each time the 100-120 fees are paid by me. Never have I had a doc require another "exam" meeting simply because I havent been adjusted in three months. As my insurance is TRICARE they dont believe in chiropractors and assuch it all comes out of my pocket. I was so disappointed by this, because it was gonna cost me $90 (50 for adjustment and 40 for "exam" I already did) thanks, but no thanks! I will not go back and will not recommend them ever.

I move furniture for a living so you can imagine the damage I am doing to my body, but I dont have time to go in all the time. Luckily Dr. Rosales does a new examination if I dont go in for a several months. Sometimes it is completely different from the time before. Thanks Dr Rosales for being so thorough.

This is the Best Chiropractor in San Antonio Bar None! Every time I leave I am feeling strong and ready to take on the world. And the staff is amazing! I would highly recommend this Chiropractor for anyone in San Antonio.
