I am only giving one star because I have to give something in order to post a review. I will never go back to this location. I took my 5 day old newborn baby to get her first checkup from Dr. Longanecker. However one of the lab technicians mistakenly gave my baby 2 vaccines that were meant for another patient! Everything happened so quickly but the technician came in with my babies name on his lips saying that he had two shots to give her. (Ok, I trust what the Dr. and their staff tell me) but he gave them to her before anyone could stop him from making the mistake and he never checked to see what he was administering because the baby that was suppose to receive the vaccines was 2 months old! Of course both the Dr. and the office apologized afterwards when they realized what he did, but this never NEVER should have happened! I asked them to take responsibility for the accident on paper but they refused! They gave me a verbal apology but that doesnt help much if my baby were to have an allergic reaction or worse. I dont want you to just admit you made a mistake, I know you made a mistake. I want to feel like I can trust my Dr. and their staff by taking responsibility for anything that could or might happen to my baby because of their negligence! Rather that be a phone call asking me how my child is doing or paying for an ER visit if my baby needed it. Or even giving me complimentary baby check ups for a specific amount of time, SOMETHING. But refusing to sign off on your responsibility tells me that your concern is more about your business than the welfare of my child. Thank goodness my baby only had a minor reaction and did not need to go to the ER, but my husband and I were on baby watch for 48hrs! I shouldnt have to worry about my babies safety when I go to the Dr. Office. I go there to solve problems NOT create new ones. Very disappointing... I was an emotional wreck the ENTIRE 48hrs and I had to call an after hours hotline twice just to make sure my baby was ok! Needless to say, I have a new pediatrician...

Only giving one star because like others its for the Dr. Front desk and office management was far from customer service. Had a horrible experience with them I have previously been in and walked in to take there nxt appointment first thing when they opened at 8 am and they took my child in no problem today did the same and now they are saying they will take me for an apt that will be open in 40 min but it will be a 35 charge on top of copay. Because i didnt call over the phone to make it and I was there. So i stepped out and called to make an apt and they purposly put me on hold twice and said oh you lucked out we have filled that spot so i walked back in and the office manager had been standing nxt to the girl taking my apt. Coincidentally I think not . then said oh we can take you 10:10 after once I called them out . So then i waited til then because i had no choice I had a sick child. After this apt my family will no longer be patients.

Front desk rude and unprofessional I called to cancel my sons appointment because something came up, and the girl who answered the phone ask me my sons name and date of birth then asked me if she could put me on hold. I said ok then she handed the phone to someone else a guy and I had to repeat myself again gave my sons name and date of birth and said I needed to cancel his appointment because something came up and this guy had the guts to ask me my personal information on why I was canceling. I said are you serious its none of your business then he got a attitude with me and said Im just trying to help you I said well cancel his appointment. Then hung up! Also dr. Dawn dabbs the registered nurse not professional at all! Very rude and disrespectful

The worst doctors & receptionists in the Schertz/ San Antonio area. No one ever answers the phone show up to the office and the receptionists are sitting on their phone. The doctors take a min. 30min. to see After you have been sitting in the patient room. Our primary pediatrician left this office and moved outta town, gave them 3 months notice, they yet to still have a replacement for her. That should have been more than ample time to find a replacement Dr. rather than a P.A. That really didnt know much more than to recommend over the counter advice. Ask them for some help and the send you a note a couple weeks later informing you they will no longer accept your child. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!

I am only giving one star, one because I love Dr. Trimble and two because I can not give any less than that. The front desk is rude and unprofessional, even billing sucks! I called to make a payment on my daughters account cause apparently she has a past due payment of $120 because we were not being advised we had co-pays even though we would ask every appointment. So I call to make a $60 payment Melinda I believe her name is tells me about how I should know what I owe and pretty much that I should just pay no matter what even if I thought or was told their was no payment needed. Just horrible, I will be calling the BBB because no matter how many times we call and complain nothing ever gets done!

Dr Hagee has been our family pediatrician for over 8 yrs. She is wonderful. You can get an appointment when needed & Ive never had to wait long to see her. The office will accommodate & shell see multiple children at the same time. I have 4 kids so this is huge for a working mother. Her nurse Denise is just as wonderful. I can call for prescription refills or anything & she helps. Her NP is great too. Honestly, I have heard multiple issues from other moms who use other pediatricians...ie no call back for critical labs, cant get in to see an md, the md wont see two sick kids the same day, lots & Ive never had these issues. To me these are the important things when selecting a pediatrician.

My 3 year old daughter had suddenly started acting lethargic, and complaining that it hurt her to swallow. That was around 1pm. I called in to see if there were any last minute openings, (being a Friday afternoon, I wasnt sure we would get so lucky) a very kind gentleman got us in with her pediatrician at 2:30pm! Dr. Robert B. Trimble is such a considerate, kind hearted, personable and thorough pediatrician. He is always so kind, and looks her over head to toe. We have absolute confidence in him and we are so grateful the Schertz location got us in so quickly on such short notice!! Thank you!!

We had an appointment scheduled at 4PM at Northeast Pediatric Associates, we were 15mins early, it was 4:40PM and we are still waiting. We were placed in the patient room and we waited 15mins more. They could have given us an update on the delay. This happens everytime we have an appointment here, its like they over book the doctors just so they can make money. I bet if we were 40mins late they would make us reschedule. The doctor was really nice and professional, my issue is with scheduling and delays.
