I, along with my teeth, love Heritage Dental! The office is clean and inviting; the staff is knowledgable and welcoming. Every experience is smooth. They are sincerely dedicated to customer satisfaction by offering a broad range of appointment times to accommodate a variety of schedules and respectful of patients time by being on time themselves. Each member of the staff is kind and personable; I am amazed that they remember me at each visit although I only see them twice a year. As in remember the last convo we had- amazing! Its like we just pick up where we left off 6 months ago haha The quality of care is superb and I feel confident my teeth, gums, and all those mouth parts are in good care with Heritage Dental!

My daughter, who is 17, went in with her dad to get 2 cavities filled. They asked her at the front desk if she wanted white fillings. When she was done they told her they went ahead and replaced her silver filling with a white one also. This silver filling being replaced was never discussed with her father. I am upset for many reasons by this, that I will discuss with the dentist. She went in at 4pm and it is 8 pm and she still is so numb she cant eat. Lately, we have all been disappointed with our visits here.

This was my first visit to Heritage Dental. I went in for a check-up and the staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns. I was a little anxious about what they would find as I hadnt been to the dentist in a year and a half. They told me what they were doing and that my teeth and gums looked pretty good. That calmed my fears and eased my anxiety. Dr. Wilding was so friendly and kind. It was a very good experience. I look forward to going the next time.

It is probably the greatest dentist staff ever assembled. The office was extroadinary. It was fantasticly decorated and really made you feel at home. The staff really let you see that there is a culture at Heritage Dental Associates that only exists in their office. I will definitely be back for my next cleaning. No one hates the dentist more than me, but I dont hate the dentist anymore. I welcome cavities now.

I was a little hesitant when we had to switch dentists due to an insurance change, but Im so glad we switched! They take me and my 4 children all at once and get us all in and out within an hour...and they do a great job! The staff is friendly, Dr. Wilding is great, and they always explain what our costs will be before we even make the appointments for anything other than a cleaning. Highly recommend!

For the most part, I have liked this dentist and staff until the dentist decides he wants to leave early for day and they call you to ask if you can reschedule last minute. For some of us who have jobs we have to schedule around weeks in advance this isnt possible. Its unprofessional for the dentist to do this to someone last minute. And I dont like they are only open til like 1 on a Friday.

I love this office. Ive been seeing Dr. Wilding for about 5 years. I even drive from Utah County to Syracuse because I like them so much. Dr. Wilding is conservative and doesnt ever recommend costly procedures that I dont need. He is personable, and his staff is friendly and helpful. Ive never had to wait longer than 5 or ten minutes to get in. They are very prompt.

Ive been seeing Dr. Nield for over 10 years. He is one of the best dentists Ive had the pleasure of having. The entire staff is very welcoming and always making sure your visit is comfortable. Dr Nield has always been incredibly thorough with my visits and never recommends expensive treatment if we can avoid it. They also have emergency care thats just phenomenal.

I have been to Heritage for two visits and both visits went very well. The first was a cleaning and xrays. Then 6 months later a cleaning, xrays, and one cavity fill. They were very professional, numbed me up very well for the procedure, and the dentist assured my bite was the same as before the cavity fill. They were very thorough but fast as well.

Im normally terrified of dentist offices, but both of my visits to this location have been phenomenal. The receptionists are friendly, the staff is wonderful, and Doctor Wilding is quick and efficient. They even went above and beyond and fixed something that my orthodontist missed (some excess glue residue) cant ask for any place better.

I went in on a Monday and explained to the dentist that I was losing my secondary insurance the coming Saturday. I asked him if he could squeeze me in and get all my dental work completely done. He said yes. I got 4 root canals done and fitted for crowns. Hes made my smile beautiful again. Thank you Dr. Nield

Very friendly and professional. I came to Dr. Wilding with my 3 year old daughter, I had taken her to a pediatric dentist in the area that had raised some concerns for me and i wanted a second opinion, and I am so glad I did! All of the staff was great, and Dr. Wilding did an amazing job with her!

Dr Wilding has been the best dentist Ive had. He is very accommodating with my dental anxiety, and is conservative with treatment, but not so conservative that he misses anything. There have been a couple billing issues but always have been resolved quickly. My kids are happy going here.
