Complete waste of my time and money. On the phone they said that they offered sedation, but when we got there they said that thay didnt and tried to talk me into "local" anesthesia. The front desk staff was rude, and treated us poorly because we only had Medicaid, and had to pay cash for 1 x-ray. The entire 20 minutes we were there we felt looked down on. I was literally in tears the whole time we were there. End result, I have to find another dentist who can sedate me, and pay for these services somewhere else all over again. And then finally get treatment, all the while ill still be pain. We got the feeling that no one there cared about the amount of pain i was in, or us in general as people. I would only recommend this place if you are rich, or a snob and like to be treated like your better than us regular hard working people, (youll fit in great with the staff.)

Everyone in the office at Cyprus Family Dental is INCREDIBLY nice and professional! Dr. Nick Cantwell is fantastic and very good at explaining things so I understand. The work has been good so far, (Im halfway through a crown.) Ive been really happy with the care Ive received and the way Ive been treated. Filling out all of the paperwork online ahead of time is a HUGE bonus, and their location is close. The office is comfortable and clean. The equipment is new and they have a tv in the ceiling to watch movies for longer procedures. That definitely helped keep my mind off of the drilling! :) Cyprus Family Dental is fantastic for all ages! They are friendly and put you at ease. If you are even slightly nervous to visit the dentist, give them a try! They will do everything they can to make sure you have a great experience.

Dr. Cantwell and his staff are just simply amazing. I changed jobs a few years ago and I have an insurance plan that stinks so I had to switch dentist. Its hard to make a switch and I was worried about finding another dentist that would provide the same quality care. The first dentist we went to on my plan was dissapointing and so I decided to try again and Im glad I did. Dr. Cantwell went over a treatment plan and started the first step today...a root canal. The only pain I felt was when I got the numbing shot. Painless root canal! I even watched a movie during the process. Later this afternoon, Dr. Cantwell called to check in on me to see how I was doing. I feel like he and his staff really do care about their patients and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Love, love, love this place! Love the Staff they are professional and friendly and they take real good care of me & my family. Love the reminder calls & texts about your upcoming appt. because when you get my age you cant remember nothin ;) the last couple of times Ive had to bring my grandkid(s) age 4&5 with me, I was lil embarrassed but they welcomed them and had a cute lil play area and a movie for them and I was greatful when they didnt charge me a babysitting fee lol. I totally recommend Cyprus Dental and hopefully these grandkids of mine will be seeing them for their checkups soon. Lastly I love the location only 5 minutes from my house!! Thank you Cyprus Dental

Dr. Cantwell ROCKS!! In fact, the entire office ROCKS! It is difficult to find a professional office, medical or otherwise, that has both "knows what theyre doing" along with a "treats you like family" like Cyprus Family Dental does! They are so honest and kind and courteous, it almost makes me want to have monthly check-ups just so I can visit more often!! Oh yeah...almost forgot...with my extensive dental work, it already feels like Im there every month. Whew,..good thing they are the best!

These people are great, easy to work with, friendly and up beat. My experiences have been made enjoyable each time. They make a good effort to make you comfortable and at ease during your procedures. Best part for me is, before doing any procedures, they let me know what is covered and how much my portion of the bill will be, and then work with us on payments when needed. We have our 4 year old daughter here as well and she loves her visits to the dentist.

The staff was very patient and friendly. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and what the options were regarding the next steps. I like that they show you the x-rays and zoom in on anything that could be a problem, but then they take it a step farther and explain why they think it is or could be a problem, and even use a regular camera to show you the tooth or problem area. Fantastic service and great people. I am glad I found them.

I was searching for a new dentist quite a few years ago and looked up dentists in my area. I found Dr. Cantwell and he seemed to be close and that was a plus, however when I met him he was very personable. Then I had him work on my teeth and I was pleasantly surprised, he was very gentle and kind. Its been years now and Ive never been happier with a dentist before in my life! Dr Cantwell and his team are a friendly, professional, helpful team. They are easy to deal with and are caring individuals. I was very pleased with my visit and plan to return. The office is a comfortable, open, and inviting enviroment. I live out of town and they squeezed me in to see me. Since I do go that way often I will be making my appointments and plan my visits around them.

Dr. Nicholas Cantwell is really great, he tried to fit my new crowns to put inside the implants, they were to high when I bite. He called the Tech Lab to tell him the crowns didnt fit. He was upset that they werent great! He made a new full lower and upper side to make sure there are no mistakes made for the crowns. He is trying to get them here before the normal 2 weeks.

Very good Dentist office, probably the best Ive ever found. Dr Nick is very caring toward his patients and he goes the extra mile to make sure there is minimal discomfort. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and the hygienists are very good at what they do. I recommend Cyprus Family Dental to all my friends and family and know they will be treated well.

We love Cyprus Family Dental and the Cantwell brothers! All the staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great place for patients of all ages. We have everyone in our family going here ranging in age from 8 to 35. They are wonderful with my children and the nervous adults too. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone.
