Dr. Mike has been a true blessing to our family. Last fall I had a very serious head injury, as well as cracked ribs and lots of bruising. Along with previous injuries, fibromyalgia, degenerative disk disease and foot problems, I was a complicated patient to deal with and in lots of pain and many times tears just walking into the office. Dr. Mike has been patient and understanding with me and definitely knowledgeable and capable in his medical/chiropractic treatments. He has taken the time to educate me about my body and help me feel good about myself, complimenting me for my progress in my health and recovery. He has also helped my husband and we consider him a lifetime family friend and our family chiropractor. We have referred him to our family and friends, and everyone has been pleased with his professional and competent treatment. We dont have to disrobe, and he doesnt over bill our insurance or us. He does a variety of modalities as needed, and even acupuncture at times. My heels have had such extreme pain and he has been treating them with the acupuncture which is so helpful. We really appreciate the fact that he doesnt try to get us to come every other day like some chiropractors do, or get us involved in personal coaching or other so called frills of the industry. You can tell he understands things from the patients eyes and understands the pain we feel. He only wants to help, not empty your pocketbook. He is a smart, friendly man who runs his business well and we can always count on him to be in the office there in Taylorsville, ready and willing to help in any way he can. We highly recommend him as an honest, talented and helpful doctor.

I injured my back and a month later it was still hurting as bad as the day it happened. In fact, it was worse! I didnt want to go to the doctor, because they would just give me pain meds and say I need surgery and thousands of dollars of tests. I wanted my back fixed, not a band-aid solution to it. I had never been to a chiropractor before but was referred to Dr. Mike Massengale and decided I would go. I would do anything at that point to make the pain stop! I went in pretty skeptical, with my pain at a 9 on a scale from 1-10. I got right in, and within only a few min, and a couple procedures my pain was below a 5! Dr. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, got right to the point. 3 sessions later, and my pain is basically gone! I would recommend anyone to Dr. Mike!

Ive seem Dr. Mike for the past couple years for low back pain. At most, 3-4 visits, it settles down and Im fine. Its now been maybe 8-9 months and no pain. Absolutely honest chiropractor. Coming from an insurance adjuster who has seen literally 100s of questionable-outright fraudulent chiropractor records and bills. Dr. Mike cares for his patients and wants them to feel better. Fast. Have taken family to him and recommended to friends with absolutely no reservation or qualification. The REAL Dr. Feelgood/feelbetter!

He treats his patients with kindness and understanding. Whats even better is that his wife is a licensed Message Therapist and does a great job. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Mike. Not only does he know his stuff, he is always smiling and welcoming, has great deals for frequent visits, and a very flexible schedule. I have walked in and made several last minute appointments with no problem. I know I can head down to the office same day and be pain free right away. The chiropractor is a nice, friendly person who looks you over, workout your bodies, kinks, and gets you feeling better again! Yes a little sore after the visit, but day later and Im working without all the pain. Need to head back and get all the pains worked out.
