Im the guy that has avoided to go to a dentist for almost 20 years because frankly, I dont like them. I had a bad experience as a child, became scared dentists, and never was able to get over that fear, even as an adult. However, last year, due to severe pain, I had no choice but to go, and I chose Broadlands Complete Dental. Despite my severe reservations, these guys impressed me the moment I stepped in. The team did their best to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Park really took his time to walk me through my anxiety, explained what was happening in details, and acknowledged that its not easy to be in a patients chair at a dental office, especially given my history with dentists. I also thought that I would get pressured into buying treatment that I did not need, but that was not the case. Although they did explain my treatment options, but I didnt feel forced into doing anything that I did not want or need. Since my first visit, I have returned for a couple of routine cleanings, a root canal, and crown work, and needless to say the team at Broadlands has continued to impress me with their professionalism. I have found the offices business team to be very knowledgeable when it came to my insurance and very proficient with their timelines and follow ups, this includes reminder phone calls prior to appointments. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new or change in dentist. I hope that everyone can experience the same experience as mine, as I am a very satisfied patient.

I think that we all look for certain things from Dental professionals: * Professionalism * Friendliness * Empathy * Fairness in pricing and billing * Availability * Consistency in all the aforementioned qualities My family and I have been going to Broadlands Complete Dental for about 5 years now. Consistency in exceeding our expectations is how we think of them. We have all been treated very well at every visit. Aside from the very high quality of care the friendliness of the staff also stands out. On any phone call no matter the subject my wife and I have always received very courteous and professional responses. It feels good to be able to trust your Dental provider and feel comfortable going for a visit. Their hours are great and they do their best to accommodate a sudden need to see them.

Overall, it was very good service. Staff was courteous and helpful, also I didn’t have to wait (usually <5 min) before seeing the doctor. My Doctor John Park was very thorough in diagnosing the problems and discussed the solutions with me in detail. What impressed me was, I didn’t have to explain much about multiple issues I have been suffering for a long time, he found them in the first visit. I have had couple of extractions and few fillings so far. It could be my insurance, but I felt the cost per visit was very reasonable when compared to other dental providers I have visited before. So far, It has been a great experience for me and I would certainly recommend Broadlands Complete Dental.

My husband and I used Broadlands Complete Dental for a year. Every single appointment (5 between the two of us) was rescheduled, sometimes twice, and almost every time without contacting us to make sure new time...or even date was ok. The front desk staff is not welcoming. The office is nice, nice to have a TV in each room while you wait....and wait....and wait for the doctor. The hygenists were nice enough, and the doctor was polite. They are very big on upselling, even on things that are just ridiculous. After voicing my concerns to the practice, I was rudely shrugged off. This is my first negative review online, but I wanted to let everyone know what to expect.

I had amazing experience with Broadlands Complete Dental and Dr. Pooya Aflatooni and his team. For many years I had partial dentures that I could not wear them. They were painful, ugly with lots of metal. Dr. Pooya introduced me to new dentures without any metal. He did some crowns for me and then he made two dentures for me without any metal hooks. They are much more comfortable and also much more beautiful. Also, I have had always problem with my dentist appointments because of my anxiety. Dr. Pooya was very patient with me and he made my appointments short, comfortable, and absolutely painless. Thanks Broadlands Complete Dental to let me smile again.

As a Type 1 Diabetic Ive had to take extra special care of my teeth; because of this Ive had my fair share of dentists. Never have I enjoyed going to the dentist until I started to go to Broadlands Complete. Not only do they help remind me of all of my appointments, but their scheduling is flexible so I dont feel like im stuck if something comes up or if something feels off they do adjustments quickly so that youre happy . They also make a plan with you on what needs to be done right then and what can wait if you have to figure out financials. All of that and then the kindness and friendly demeanor of the entire staff just makes this MY dentists office :)

I drive from Manassas just to come to this office. Well worth it compared to other places i have been going to recently. Very knowledgeable and informative when discussing my treatment plan with no billing surprises. Dr. Park just finished my crowns which matched perfectly to my other teeth, he managed to fit me in with an emergency visit late in the day when my front tooth fell out. Finally an office that cares about your health as well as providing me the confidence to smile again. I wanna thank the team and doctors at Braoadlands highly recomend this office to everyone.

One of the best and trustworthy! I was told by 2 different dentists that I need to have 8-9 filligs. I take good care of my teeth so I wanted to make sure before I waste money and time. After meeting with Dr. Aflatooni he showed me tgat I only needed 2!!!! Very professional and extremely friendly staff! I was with the same dentist for 7 years, now I have a new one! Highly recommend
