In my opinion, Dr. Fohl was not very organized and always called us to try to get us to switch appointments all the time. Also, at one point my husband needed a cap which was paid through insurance and a copay, but we ended up switching dentists before the procedure. Not only did we not get our money back from Dr. Fohl, we had problems getting the procedure done with our new dentist because she had already claimed to insurance that the procedure had already been done. Dr. Fohl also constantly called our home to pressure my family into getting optional and often unnecessary procedures done such as braces and fillings on very small cavities which were never recommended by any other dentist my family saw. Overall, I did not think Dr. Fohl had a good bedside manner and was often pushy with unnecessary procedures. Although the other reviews had many positive things to say about Dr. Fohl and I am not trying to refute those things, Dr. Fohl was ultimately a bad fit for my family.

Both my 4 year old daughter and I use Frederick Cosmetic and Family Dentistry and we could not be more happy with the outstanding service they provide. My daughter LOVES visiting the dentist because of this place. They took the time to explain the different tools and really made the experience fun for her. I would HIGHLY recommend going to them to everyone!

Switched from a buisiness -oriented impersonal dental office to here and very pleased. Provides personal cleaning and evaluation(unlike the 2 sec visit at large group office)and didnt push any unnecessary procedures or care. Charming small practice just like when I was a kid.

Dr. Fohl is fine. Her office staff are incompetent. I was told on three separate occasions that they are a dental provider for my dental insurer. Theyre not, so I was stuck with a bill that should have been covered by insurance.

My appointments are always on time, and I never wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Fohl is friendly and skilled and completes her work within the time window scheduled for the appointment.
