I started going to Dr. Cross for convenience of location to work. I’ve since changed jobs but can’t imagine going to a different dentist. Dr. Cross is personable, always asking about what’s going on with you. He’s thoughtful and considerate in what he recommends for treatments. I don’t know if I can say enough great things about the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with is great. You are greeted with a smile by each & every person. Ethel is amazing with her speed of response, answering questions, getting pre-approvals and bills squared away. Joan makes any length of time spent in the chair that much more enjoyable. Even when you’re not there to see her she always has a smile and hello. Kelly’s enthusiasm is hard to miss, and just hearing her in the other room makes me smile. Donna is great, another thoughtful friendly person who makes it no big deal to come in for a cleaning, always happy to answer questions & offer suggestions to keep me out of the chair. Surveys usually ask, would you recommend us to your friends? I have, and I do. My mom has a small dental issue when she was visiting from out of town. Dr. Cross’ office was able to see her & fix the concern. That was over a year ago and she still remarks how friendly and great everyone one was. I 100% recommend Dr. Cross!

No complaints at all. If something changes, I will update this review by the way. I patiently waited till I got my complete treatment done, so that I can come here and describe how wonderful the staff at Dr Crosss office is including the doc himself. I went into Dr Cross office with my teeth unchecked for almost years. They started my treatment for bleeding gums, tooth cleaning and tooth fillings. I had 5 appointments that lasted over 6 months. Right from my initial appointment till the last, there was not one thing that was unanswered or left dissatisfied. They made sure, my treatment procedure was as comfortable as possible. After 6 months, I have better gums and thoroughly satisfied with Dr Crosss services. Overall, great place to visit for any dental issues. Chetan

Dr. Cross has been my dentist for all of my life, nearly 21 years, and I would not trust anyone else. His work as well as everyone in his office is spectacular and I look at many of them as part of my family. Going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience for many people, but I can assure you it will be if you visit him. He got rid of the large gap in my teeth via fillings and rendered me a new and beautiful smile. His patience is extraordinary and his humor and knowledge of oral hygiene is above the rest. Not only will you feel comfortable seeing him and his associates, but the quality and efficiency they deliver will have you leaving the dentist happy and confident, as I always do after appointments. As if it wasnt obvious enough, I highly recommend Dr. Cross.

I needed a last minute dental appointment to repair a tooth that had broken. Thankfully Dr. Cross was open later than most places and I was able to get in there the same afternoon and get my tooth patched up. He explained the options for a more permanent solution and they were even willing to set up a payment plan with me so I could get the professional services. Hopefully I will have my own money in the next few months to pay for this myself. But Dr. Cross and his staff went out of their way to be friendly, explain my options, investigate what my Medicare program would/would not cover and give me options. I will definitely be back.

After practically never having gone to the dentist my entire life at 33 I had an emergency while working out of town. I am from NC and glad that Dr. Cross was able to get me in and take care of my problem. The entire staff was very efficient, courteous, and very personable. Being my first time they were very informative and able to alleviate my nervousness. The staff all seemed to get along very well. It was a pleasant upbeat atmosphere. I just wish they were local to me in NC to be able to use them in the future. I would definitely go back if ever I needed to.

Dr. Cross and the staff are very friendly and very competent. I have had a series of dental problems, and Dr. Cross has been very effective in handling them. They have been encouraging about my dental hygiene without being overbearing. I have had fillings, crowns, root canals, bridges, and implants, so I have seen the full range of his work. They have happily worked with my insurance. I have been seeing Dr. Cross for over 15 years.

Dr. Cross and his staff are incredible people and absolute professionals! I hadnt gone to a dentist in far too many years, and they worked to renew my trust in dentists. I still receive many compliments on the caps that Dr. Cross placed on my bottom, front teeth.
