n my opinion, Dr. Ranjbar is a good dentist, she is very kind and friendly to her patients. Her front office staff especially the office manager(s) are very dishonest and argumentative. Both my wife and I visited this dentist over a year ago and unfortunately we were taken advantage of by their staff. They never quoted any price, instead they estimated an amount and stick you with the bill afterwards. I spent thousands over my insurance coverage and they are now (1+ years) later sticking me with yet another bill which they say insurance did not cover. This has now gone to the collection agency. While one agency removed the report, one did not. I called this morning and spoke with office manager and again received the same rude treatment. I pleaded my case and she did not care. After spending 5+thousands of dollars of out of pocket money, dont you think they would value your business or show some empathy to resolving the problem? After being told no you did not spend that amount again I asked to speak with the Dr and was told "no you cant she does not talk to customers about their accounts". Again, the office manager was being very argumentative. I persisted and then I was told shes on vacation!!! Readers be aware, ask for a written quote. Ask your insurance company to approve what is covered before work begins. Do not trust the office staff over your insurance coverage because youll be sorry with a surprise bill. Always verify instead of trusting. GET IT IN WRITING! -Frustrated client that will continue to write reviews until they resolve my bill

If I could give a "zero" I would. Constantly overbooking appointments so that I had to complain about a year ago about spending 2 hours in the chair just for a routine cleaning (to the point of threatening to leave) before they started scheduling me with a hygienist that didnt take over an hour. Constantly waiting to be seen by the Dentist- complete waste of time. I cannot begin to tell you how unprofessional and pushy the front desk people are. Its impossible to get off the phone without scheduling an appointment or being badgered by several phone calls. I am furious for the bill I just received for a "missed appointment" that I never confirmed. I will be calling them tomorrow to cancel myself as a patient and to have this complete lack of customer service handled appropriately. I never disliked the dentist until I began going to this practice.

I was forced to switch Dentists a couple of years back and managed to get lucky on the first shot. I found Village Dentistry at the former location and was immediately impressed with the state of the art equipment and imaging, all of the staff and Dr. Ranjbars friendliness, professionalism, thoughtfulness, thoroughness, and timeliness. I moved with them to their new location by Wegmans and nothing has changed. Its very clear Village Dentistry cares about their patients. They are most definitely a superior Dental practice and in this day and age of generally questionable customer service at most places, I am never surprised and always delighted at the treatment I receive from Dr. Ranjbar and her Staff. I have had cleanings, Invisalign (finishing up now), and whitening performed with Village Dentistry. -Leslie Saveland, Leesburg

I am thankful I found such an excellent dentist office. My wife and I switched dentist and found our first visit to be very plesant and informative. It turned out I needed some extra TLC for my teeth, after using a camera to help inspect my teeth. Dr Ranjibar found I had a hairline crack in a molar that needed to be addressed, and silver fillings that needed replacement. The staff was forthright on pricing (including detail estimates, in writing) and overestimated a bit (which insurance paid a bit higher in my case, and my out of pocked was less than quoted). Dr Ranibar answered all my questions in a follow up appointment to go over the condition of my teeth, and work that needed to be done. I highly recommend this practice for their care and professionalism.

Best Dentist Office I have ever been too. Pouneh, the Office Manager, invited me to come in for a cleaning a few years ago and I never looked back. Nami has been my Dental Hygienist ever since and I wouldnt trade her for anyone. Dr. Shahla Ranjbar is fabulous as well. They are easy to talk to and honest about my teeth and gums. Ive been going to them for about 3 years now. They also have the best equipment and a very clean office. Everyone is friendly and they always remind me of my appointment that is coming up. If you are looking for a Dentist in the Leesburg / Landsdowne area, look no further.

I have been going to Dr. Ranjbars office for several years. I feel fortunate to have found her! She has a passion for her work and she is very gentle and caring. I was impressed by the technology. Dr. Ranjbar had really cool cameras to look at the back of my teeth, that produced digital pictures immediately that I had not seen used in other offices. Dr. Ranjbar shared the photos with me and explained why she needed to correct problems with my teeth. She is very thorough and will make sure the job is done right! The office is well run with a professional staff. Nomi the hygienist is fantastic!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ranjbars for many years and am so thankful to have found someone that I can trust completely with my care. She and the hygienists are thorough and do a great job with giving instructions for me to follow as well as explaining any work that I need/choose to have done. Wait time during the appointment is essentially non-existent. The team in the office is very professional and I always feel like I am in good hands. They are also happy to check with your insurance company prior to any work being performed so that an informed decision can be made.

Very glad to have found Dr. Ranjbar as my new dentist over a year ago. I was impressed to see the modern technology being used (the color pictures were especially helpful to show my dental needs). I prefer the smaller, more intimate office setting with just one dentist. The care seems more personal and attentive. I only remember having to wait one time (and then only due to them taking care of an emergency). The staff is very professional, proficient and friendly. Dr Ranjbar is a bit of a perfectionist, but then I like that trait in my dentist!

Personally, Ive never been a fan of visiting the dentist, but Dr. Ranjbar always ensures that I have a pleasant experience. Her and her staff are always very welcoming and attentive. Dr. Ranjbar provides excellent and thorough service, making a point to address any potential concerns I may have. Nami is my regular dental hygienist, and shes wonderfully friendly as well as a great conversationalist. Furthermore, the office is very clean and chic with a cheerful atmosphere. Concisely, Id recommend this dental practice to everyone!
