I am horribly afraid by dentist...Dr Anne was great the 1st time I saw her I had 2 root canals (same day) she was great...made sure comfort level was okay during procedures. services provided were not fully disclosed and once I decided to go with another provider weve been caught in a mess where were loosing money on a crown thats been sitting in theyre office waiting to be delivered for several months PAID IN FULL.... Dr Saxsena staff was not upfront and honest, they never submitted a claim even STARTING THE CROWNS Termporary Build UP....but I"VE PAID FOR EVERYTHING IN FULL...Insurance company cant get involved since they never started the claim, (even though everythings done except delivery) and new crown being destroyed. Also last crown they did ended up causing abscess in tooth and had to be extracted emergency oral surgery b/c it wasnt sealed properly and was decaying under the crown. I have Pictures and the crown and the dentist who preformed this surgery to remove. Dr Saxena was notified of this pain I started to have and shed "just left the office" and said to go to urgent care get pain meds and she could see me Monday....I found a dentist that didnt know me from adam came in and did the emergency surgery and it wouldnt have waited until Monday It wouldve gotten extremely bad and potentially ended up in the hospital b/c the infection was so bad it could have seeped into my blood stream b/c the fracture of the tooth that shouldve never been crowned to begin with. I feel as though I was taken advantage of. Make sure you get 2nd opinions b/c you settle with one dentist...I thought she was great until $15k later and 9 root canals 11 crowns...a lot couldve been avoided or dealt with differently. Customer service was great until requesting to transfer. Argued with me saying I never called or emailed to get in for emergency over past 2 weeks 2 emergencies (two fold) Do your research

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! I have no history of cavities and had been to the dentist 4 months before my unfortunate visit at Elite Smiles and they told me that I had 5 cavities!! Then they told me that they would HAVE to fill them with the composite material, which of course isnt covered by most insurances!! When I was checking out, they kept me standing there for 20 minutes trying to get me to make a snap decision to get a $5000 Invisalign set to close my gaps, but if I booked it right then and there, I would get $500 off!! What kind of REAL doctor presses a patient to get into a new treatment without thinking about it and getting other opinions!! I contacted 2 other doctors who both said that there was NO WAY I could have developed four new cavities in a 4 month span of time!! And that the Invisalign system WOULD NOT work on my orthodontic issues only traditional braces would fix the problem (and in fact they said that Invisalign patients teeth go back to their pre-treatment positions shortly after treatment stops) THEN they sent me a bill for the visit...the treatment and diagnosis on my bill, including the amount of charges, was completely different from what they submitted to my insurance!! So they try to take advantage of their patients and get them to have healthy teeth drilled and filled when it is NOT neccessary and the file fraudulent insurance claims!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! DANGER!!! DANGER!!! FRAUD ALERT!!!

DONT GO HERE!!! Unless you feel like throwing all your money away that is. They will try to convince you that you have gingivitis and cavities and try to sell you hundreds of dollars of dental treatments that you dont need. I have perfect dental hygiene. I floss everyday and Ive never had a cavity. They told me I had gingivitis and needed a complete dental scaling as well as 3 antibiotic injections at a tune of $50 each. They also tried to tell me that I had cavities and needed veneers. They conned me into paying for a $100 cleaning instead of the basic cleaning that my insurance covers, but the hygenist probably only spent about 2 minutes actually doing anything. A few weeks later I noticed that my teeth were heavily stained and dirtier than theyd ever been before. The office is really nice, but they pay for it by ripping all their customers off. I called and complained and the dentist never even called me back. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Ive rated the experience as a 1 becuz the cleanings were fine. My OVERALL experience is less than that. Nothing can be a 0 but this place is close. My issues are the same as all the other people. Dont be misled by the "not-an-actual-client" or "phony, competitor review" replies. Ive been lied to and charged a lot more than quoted. Almost double in fact. The Billing Department hasnt responded to any of my emails (before you ask, Ive checked the junk and spam files). Additionally, Im not really sure I "needed" the procedures I had done. Of course, we all need preventative work but I just got a 2nd opinion and was told a lot of it is guess work. This hasnt been a good experience. Much of the negative reviews Ive read on this site are actuate. The place is nice. The people have been hit or miss. The costs, once you finally get the real price, are way off the charts. Too many same reviews cant be wrong.....

Dental office has shady practices. They did not inform me when they chose to leave my dental insurance providers network. Plus after speaking with my insurance provider, they informed me the numbers the dental office was charging for cavity work (2 of them) appeared a bit high. The biggest thing that had me disgusted is that, they recently required my wife to pay for all fees and payments owed for future services PRIOR to being able to book an appt. I say again... No money up front for future service = not able to make book an appt for that service. What dental office does business like that? Oh yeah this one. Never been financially delinquent with them neither... Times are changing. Stay away from this place. BLUF: Clearly they are money hungry.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE; WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I have NEVER in my life been treated with such disrespect. I called Elite Smiles in regards to a few questions I needed answers to. After simply asking a question, the employee responded with "Quit calling this office!" "You dont know what youre talking about!" shocked tremendously I asked "why are you so rude?" only after this question I realized I wasnt just speaking with an employee, I was speaking with the doctor!! And the doctor didnt seem to mind her rudeness, clearly, as she proudly announced "actually this is the doctor speaking" How rude for a doctor to speak to anyone like the way she did with me. No wonder staff and patients are continuously in and out.

PLEASE stay away from these vultures!! The front office staff are the most unprofessional group of individuals in the industry, and that goes double for the monstrous "Office Manager". Beligerent, provacatory and just plain nasty. Their billing procedures boarder on the illegal and their actual dental work is sub-par at best. The absolute worst experience in my life with regards to customer satisfaction. Had to go to another dentist to fix the problems created by Elite Smiles in Leesburg. They should be ashamed. Will be following up, patients do have rights.
