I have been working in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. Recently my back and wrists became very weak and painful. After just a few weeks I became much more mobile and the pain had lessened. Dr. Keefe does a great job of listening and working with you to find your problem areas. He is also very experienced when it comes to wrist pain. I was feeling soreness in my wrists and my fingers were feeling numb. Dr. Keefe did an amazing job working out the pain and getting the blood flowing to my fingers again. Hes done a really great job making my back better, but hes definitely the guy to see if you have any kind of wrist pain. Whether you are in serious pain, or just need an adjustment, I highly recommend Dr. Keefe. Another positive experience when going to Dr. Keefes office is the wonderful staff. Everyone in the office is really great at what they do, and they are also some of the friendliest people Ive ever met. Every appointment is a very personal and positive experience.

Dr. Keefe is the best chiropractor I know. He can adjust my neck and take away all the pain. Few chiropractors in the area are specialized to treat this particular part of the neck. He aligns my hips, back, feet, hands...anywhere I need an adjustment he is willing to give his time, help and skill in achieving the best I can feel at each visit. Ive been going to a chiropractor since I was 18 years old (40 yrs now) because of many issues. He has helped me the most of any of the chiropractors I have been to. He has relieved my pain to the point of almost nonexistent. I come in for routine visits to keep my body aligned now and those are becoming longer in length between visits. Dr. Keefe listens carefully, is caring, gentle and a genuine friend. He has blessed me with health and friendship many times over.

I have been a patient of Dr. Keefe for over 8 years. In the beginning, I was having headaches on a daily basis. After several visits, I began seeing a decrease in the number and severity of my headaches. His treatments have improved the quality of my life. I see him now on a monthly basis for maintenance. Dr. Keefe is very caring and compassionate and takes his time to listen to what you have to say. I have found him to be very knowledgeable in many areas. I recently started a gluten and dairy free diet due to some health issues, and Dr. Keefe has given me some very helpful tips and information on food he has tried and where to find certain products. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a chiropractor.

I came to Dr. Keefe after being involved in a car accident and had never gone to a chiropractor before. Dr. Keefe took me back into his office to talk about why I needed his help and made sure to explain everything to me so that I was comfortable when we got into the exam room. He talked me through every thing he was going to do and was very careful to make sure nothing was too much. While out of town for an extended period of time I needed to see another chiropractor and it just showed me how amazing Dr. Keefe is and how much he cares about his patients. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I encountered Dr. Keefes office through a friends recommendation. I saw him after being involved in a car accident. I was treated very well by his staff from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. He is by far the best chiropractor I have ever had work on me. Dr. Keefe helped me get back on my feet and back to playing sports. My knee has been bothering me for a while but it wasnt until a couple of events when playing soccer became more painful than I could bare. By this point my knee started to hurt daily. Dr Keefe was able to fix my knee in a reasonably short time and ever since Ive been able to ski and run as much as I have in the past. I came to Shenandoah Chiropractors over a year ago and Dr. Keefe has helped me immensely with my back and feet. I had suffered a disk problem (L4/L5) and suffered from sciatica in left leg which affected my left foot (partially damaged).
