Awful. My one (and only) experience was absolutely awful. And Laura, Dr. Hollars wife, is a monster. No one to complain to though, she wears the pants in that marriage... Regular patients, who came in AFTER me, were seen BEFORE me. I waited an HOUR before I was seen and then Dr. Hollar says that he cant explain the treatment plan with me because I wouldnt understand it until we actually did it. Try me buddy. I know Im blonde but I assure you Im not as dumb as I, apparently, look. Then, he didnt even adjust me! The entire purpose of making an appointment was to get adjusted. And I didnt get adjusted. When I went to check out Laura told me that I owed over $100 for that visit. I tell her thats inaccurate and that I should only have a regular copay. She argues that she printed out my benefits and according to the printout chiropractic care had a deductible that needs to be met first. Again, I know this is inaccurate because I dont have a deductible with my insurance plan. The only way I would have a deductible is if I saw a provider outside of my network. Hollar is IN NETWORK so I know this is not the case. So I asked, "Did you check my benefits before I came in"? Lauras face contorted into some monster from another galaxy as she replied with venom hanging off every word she spoke (the same venom Im sure she spits at her poor husband) that it was NOT her responsibility to check my benefits. Its the patients responsibility and if they were to check it they only check it as a courtesy. [Insert my shock here.] Imagine Danielle Bregoli ("Cash me outside, how bout dah"), shaking her head back and forth minus the finger in your face, thats how Laura spoke to me. It has been my experience that medical providers check your benefits before a visit so that they collect the CORRECT copay. Not the other way around. My heart sunk because as a single parent who can barely keep food on the table, I had only budgeted my regular copay not over $100! The let down after waiting for over an hour for an adjustment I didnt get, my intelligence being insulted (as I just dont understand medical jargon), and now left owing a bill that I cannot afford to pay!? I was crushed. I scraped my jaw off the ground and proceed to leave in shock. As I exited the building the cold stung as it met the tears streaming down my face. This unpleasant experience caused me to spiral into a full-blown panic attack. The kind of panic attack that closes your airway and forces you to cry yourself to sleep. And to think Dr. Hollar says he treats the "whole person". Well... if that were true he wouldnt let his wife callously treat patients without sensitivity and respect of their needs. Emotional and mental health is part of the "whole person" not to be neglected. BTW, I just scheduled an appointment with a different Chiro and they asked for my insurance information so THEY could verify my benefits before my first appointment. I didnt have to ask them to do it for me as a courtesy. Its just their standard procedure. Imagine that. A provider actually doing their job.

Been going to Dr. Jeff for years and highly recommend! He really helped me when pregnant and having issues with my pelvic. After, I decided to try a neck adjustment to see if it would help with my migraines (I would get these 3 or 4 times a year) Almost 6 years later and I have only had one migraine since that first adjustment. HUGE difference! Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Definitely should go see him!

I have been to many Chiropractors in the past, But never one like Doctor Hollar. He is not only a genuine person but you can tell he truly cares about the people he treats. He has an amazing staff, that he trains to do different treatments while he is doing the things that only he can do. I am feeling better with less pain since I found this practice. And I drive 30 minutes to see him. But Hollar Chiropractic is worth it.
