I would give Dr. Curd a 5 star review all day.... Today I took off work and lost money. My sons appointment was at 12:50. We got there at 11:45. At 2:15 I asked the receptionist( thanks for going above and beyond to communicate or let me know where I was in line since I have sat in front of you for an hour)where we were at in line. She tells me 2 parients and no rooms. I let her know I have another son to pick up soon that I couldnt wait another hour in a room. She offered to reschedule my appointment. No thanks. I cant lose more pay or take more time off. Dr. Thomas needs to get it together. I can understand emergencies, sick patients and other set backs but that was ridiculous. Seems to be something each time I deal with them anymore. Please Dr. Curd get your own office. This place has gone down hill. We have been there for 11 years now. Its changed.

They seem to be always overbooked . And when you have an appt the next day they call you and want to cancel appt for another day, usually because a DR is leaving early or going to be gone that day . Happens too much at this office. Maybe they need to have other staff members pick up slack, have Drs stay till 7 or 8pm when all patients have been seen OR open on Saturdays once a month !!!!!!! They can be disorganized and lack communication at times. When a infant has been into the office many times over a few months with an extended illness and sickness and on an inhaler dont try and cancel their appt and tell them they gotta wait 10 to 12 days for it. They can move into a bigger and new building , but their main issues arent going to be fixed with a newer space..

Theyve been amazing with our son and am always able to get a sick appointment if needed. As long as you pre schedule their regularly scheduled appointments like youre supposed to, theres no problems there either. Also very rare to wait long before were seen. Only negative is the CHKD billing is terrible, but its worth dealing with to have such fabulous pediatricians and staff!

Front Staff has truly improved since the new Office Supervisor Holly has came there- She is very friendly and helpful and gets things done in a timely manner- If anyone has a problem or concerns about the office I suggest you speak with Holly she gets the job done! I wouldnt take my children any where else from the front staff to the nurses to the docs they are all great!!!!!

I gave 1 star cause the people I talk to were nice. Trying to get my kids into seeing a doctor as new patients was horrible!!!!! They cancelled my sons appointment because the doctor was not taking new patients!! That is so sad. I have a 2yr old that hasnt been to a doctor!! Now I have to go hunt down some where else for them to go!!

I dont recommend this doctors office. My one year old has had countless switched or cancelled appointments because its too booked. He has missed shots because they either dont have them or he has missed the time period, mostly because of the rescheduling. Then calling is stressful. Im usually on hold for 10 to 20 minutes.

Currently...my appointment was at 4:15...its 4:53....NOT COOL! Especially when I have a sick child smh if I didnt like her pediatrician I would leave. Im contemplating leaving beginning the first of the year. This has happened too many times! And if you miss 1 appt you get letters in the mail??????????????????????

Worst doctor office my daughter had every been in so unorganize and so not friendly everytime I come or need forms its a issue if I could would give zero states beware do not go and then when you need something its alway a issue
