OPT is an outstanding physical therapy practice, with great people. Three different, and excellent, therapists have worked with me over the years to improve or eliminate a variety of neck, shoulder, arm and hand, ankle, foot, sciatic, postural and balance issues, as they have cropped up. Some problems, with me for decades, are much, much better, and newer ones have been nipped in the bud. OPT has taught me a lot about how to take care of myself, too. Ive faithfully done my part with the exercises Ive been given, and (though an old lady) I can still sit, stand, walk, lift and exercise comfortably. I have no trouble with my daily tasks around house, yard, and garden, and Im grateful to OPT, whose therapists are responsible for that.

A billing NIGHTMARE. I would never recommend this office to anyone. $240 for a 30 minute appt. is beyond ridiculous to begin with. Then, they dont collect your co-pays and send you to collections after 60 days. Zero organization when it comes to communicating effectively with customers.

I periodically develop a painful area in left back and shoulder. Dry needling has alleviated the pain with two visits. The clinicians are very skilled and thorough at identifying the trigger points that need treatment.
