Dr. Ashley has been the best chiropractor Ive seen in years. As an avid dancer and athlete, I have injuries that tend to happen more often than not, especially in my neck and back. Ive seen three other chiropractors in my lifetime but Dr. Ashley surpasses them all. She takes the time to get to know you which makes all the difference in the world. I feel comfortable in the exam room and I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in the door. The thing I enjoy most though is that she truly cares about you and wants to help you feel better. She also uses a completely different technique than all other chiropractors Ive seen: stretching and massage therapy are the two forms Ive had done. No cracking and no soreness afterwards! Her work is phenomenal so if you are looking for a fantastic chiropractor, call Dr. Ashley today!

New to Bonney Lake and over due for a visit to the chiropractor. I stumbled into the office by mistake, the receptionist was very pleasant and she assured me that my kids were welcome. Which is always nice when you have little kids. More importantly, after x rays Dr. Ashley set up a plan to help put me back in motion. I have been to chiropractors that use the tools and manual and I have always prefer manual adjustments, but she suggested I try the tools ( due to my situation) and the first day I felt a huge relief. It was quite amazing. I enjoy coming in getting adjusted and being able to bring my kids without feeling stressed.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Ashley. She really listened to me when I explained the chronic back pain that makes me so difficult to adjust. Obviously, I wouldnt have given her five stars if I hadnt felt better AFTER seeing her--but more importantly, she was so gentle with me that I didnt feel any pain during my adjustment.
