I have been going to Jay for almost 8 years, The first time I walked into his office was for one of my first sports physicals so I could play football for kentwood high school. The first time I went to Dr. Pearson for an injury I had a bad sprained ankle and he had me playing football again in a week and a half instead of 4 or 5 weeks. The second time I went to see Jay I had a really bad knee injury and I was going to be out for an entire season but Dr. Pearson had me back on the field before half the season was over. Years went by and I never had ankle and or knee problems again but I suffered a life changing injury. I had an electrical accident and it crippled me to the point were I couldnt walk strait or all the way upright doctors were telling me that I would never run, swim, or lift heavy weights again. I couldnt do anything, I couldnt work I couldnt do things I enjoyed physically. Jay saved my future, it took along time but eventually with his help I could walk and eventually I was able to return to work . With his help and treatment both mentally and physically not only did my condition improve but I got better. Because of Jay and his team I can run, swim, and do the things I enjoy like power lifting and outdoor sports and many other things that would have otherwise been impossible. Jay has changed my life and he is not only the best chiropractor ever, but he has become a good friend whom I look up too and respect. I would never recommend any other chiropractor he is the best out their and no one else will take better care of you. There is no one else I would go to for treatment, his office will make you feel welcome and explain everything thoroughly.

So I have never been a Chiropractor fan... why? Well the thought of them having my head/neck in their hands and they make an adjustment. BUT I decided to go see Dr. Jay because my sciatic never was causing such havoc that my regular doctor wanted to give me shots and drugs and I figured... theres got to be a better way -- right? THERE IS! I went to see Dr. Jay and explained the challenges I was having with numbness down my leg, my sciatic in pain and lower back. He and Dr. Gavan did an analysis and came up with a plan to help get my spin re-aligned to help my back and my leg. They explained how Chiropractics work and really tried to help ensure I was comfortable with how the adjustments are done. Overtime, after working with them I am SO HAPPY TO SAY "Pain is gone, numbness gone and I am back feeling myself, if not better!" Both Doctors are so nice and personable along with their staff! They are all great and remember who you are after your first visit. You feel as though you are family and part of their lives! Yes, I wasnt a fan of Chiropractors in the past, but now after going to Pearson Chiropractics.... I will continue to see them moving forward & recommend them to everyone! If you havent seen them - go, give them a try & I would be surprised if you dont enjoy your overall experience here too!

My husband and I were referred to Pearson Chiropractic after being rear ended in October. My first impression of just the facility itself was that it was beautiful. It is clean and spacious and the staff made us feel very welcome immediately. I was also impressed with how friendly everyone there is. Each member of the staff lets you know by acknowledgement that they know youre there even if they cant be with you right away. Ive been to a few different chiropractors over the years but this experience was just so much better than all the rest. After youre taken to your room, you wait with heat on your back which feels amazing. Once Dr. Pearson comes in to assess and adjust you, youre taken to a traction table where youre iced as well. Every base is covered so that youre completely taken care of while youre there. I was always told to ice when I got home but never did so I never really got the full benefit of my chiropractic care until now. I would recommend Pearson Chiropractic to everyone I know. Even if youre not in the Kent/Covington area, its worth the extra few minutes drive. Now that he has opened another facility in Federal Way, the people in the South end can see what Im talking about and benefit from this awesome clinic! Angela Stewart

After weeks of suffering with a stiff neck and severe shoulder pain, I decided to a chiropractor to see if I could find any alleviation. My insurance approved a few areas in my neighborhood, but according to the reviews I read, this was the best place to go. Those reviews were RIGHT. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and receive a thorough professional and well explained examination. Although I had seen chiropractors before I appreciated the doctors ability to explain what he was doing through the assessment and understand where my pain was coming from. Within 3 adjustments and 1 massage I was back to normal and feeling no pain at all. The staff were friendly easy to work with and flexible to the care that I wanted. , I appreciated Dr. Pearsons approach and ease with me. I was able to get the services I wanted an not pressured to get additional visits or pay anything I wasnt comfortable with. The entire process from checking in, placed in the room with a heating pad, adjusted in a comfortable and positive manner, to icing and resting on muscles on the massage bed is a terrific, healing and positive experience. If you are in pain and want out of it, take the time to visit this clinic.

I meet Dr. Pearson and his staff about five years ago. I had just had an auto accident. I had back & neck pain. From the moment I walked into the offices, the woman at the front desk assisted checking me in an make sure that I had all the necessary paper work to fill out for my appointment. Dr Jay (Pearson) and the staff are very professional, caring and excellent at the job of healing injuries. Dr Jay paid special attention to my scoliosis of the spine and set up treatment that meet my needs They go above and beyond the required treatment by providing ice packs to take home, offering chiropractic pillows to return your neck to health and giving you some great exercise to speed the process of returning to normal. The office also offers therapeutic massages. They woman who do the therapeutic massages have several years training – years of experience & are great at their job. They make sure that the pressure they use is not too hard but gets your body to let go of tension & heal your pain Dr Jay is very personable and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Id definitely recommend using their clinic. I am very thankful for all the caring __Peter

Super experience at Pearson Chiropractic! I needed to find a new Chiropracter. A good friend of mine suggested Pearson Chiropractic. I had been having neck problems for about 5 months. There were many things I liked about my experience. First off, the office itself is very clean and very apparent that Pearson Chiropractic has top of the line equipment. The reception staff is super helpful and nice. Dr. Pearson did a very thorough evaluation of my problems and came up with an amazing care plan. I liked that he had an exit plan for me. While I waited in my room with heat on my neck I could hear Dr. Pearson interacting with his other patients. I knew then that I was in good hands. He genuinely connects and cares for his patients. That was very comforting in this day in age! My adjustment brought me immediate relief! He also suggested a special pillow for my neck. I cant sleep with out it. I had tossed and turned for months because of my neck. I was so impressed when I left, I had to call my husband immediately to tell him he needed to check out Pearson Chiropractic. I highly recommend him!
