My experience with the front desk was horrid. Weve been receiving bills for my stepdaughter who is over the age of 18. The bills were confusing and we werent being billed probably. 1 month the bill was received and my husband was listed as the patient. 2 month the bill had both my stepdaughter and husband listed as the patient. I called to have them make the correct changes since my husband had never been seen at this facility. I was told she wasnt able to make the correct corrections to this statement. Now the person has spoken to others about our phone cconversation and referee to me as being a b. Highly unprofessional

I have always hated the dentist. Cliché I know. I wanted to make sure my daughter did not grow up feeling the same way. I am so glad we found Gentle Smile; they are by far the best. My daughter (currently 8 years old) never gives me any grief when I tell her it is time for her regular visit. She is excited to see them, really. For the first time in my life, I am keeping my regular dental appointments. I highly recommend Gentle Smile Dental to everyone.

Dr. Young Kim Is absolutely horrible! she Preformed a root canal procedure on me and did not complete it correctly. There was still infection in my root and she did not even prescribe me any anti-antibiotics. so for the next few days I was extremely sick with a 102 degree fever. I went back early monday morning and she had the audacity to say "you act like you dont trust me" The whole experience was awful.

I have all sorts of problems with my teeth and gum. Very gentle with any type of treatment. Im most afraid of getting numbed. Dr. Charles takes it slowly and gently. He helped me overcome my fear. Thanks a million!! Love friendly staff. Very, I mean very reasonable price. Dr. Charles and Dr. Young take care of your teeth like their own.

We think they are great people and great dentists, and we love Kristyn, too, the kindest, gentlest dental hygienist around. Young Kim was in a rush or she was mad that I did not buy their fancy x-ray or fluoridation treatment. She was using a ultra sonic type of cleaning instrument and was moving it so rapidly that it was hitting my teeth sending shock waves to my jaw bone. She obviously did not want me to be a repeat customer.

Staff is very friendly, dentist are both professional and non pressure for cosmetic things that may need to be done. You can schedule at your pleasure as you can pay. I have had several crowns done and they look and feel great! My wife and I enjoy our visits.
