OK because of them being 3 blocks from my house I have had to use them in times of emergency. One of the first experience was a miscarriage, after surgery went home to find out they made a mistake on my perscription for Pain Killers Hello just had surgery but to make it worse HB went to the hospital to get it fixed and they told him he would have to make an appointment with the Doctor for her to fix her mistake, when HB said he wasnt leaving with out the issue resolved they called the police on him. Ironically enough they were actually shocked at their responce and told them they needed to fix the problem. This would not be the last error and they got worse. Almost everyone I know says dont go to Valley. Polishing an old shoe doesnt make it new, its still stinky smelly and worthless.

Doctor Buckley is awesome, always has been. I highly recommend her for anyone, she cares and exhibits empathy. The front desk woman however ruined the whole experience from the get-go. She was condescending and loud. I had some simple questions and she acted like it was a burden to address them. Not a way to treat a customer at all.
