I live super close and have been coming here since they opened up in Foster City. Always has the friendliest staff that work at the desk and never any long waits/excessive paperwork. The convenience of no appointment walk-in style hours is just the icing on the cake! They are there when you need them the most! Dr.Lorenzato is one of the doctors that works here and he is great! Ive seen a good share of medical physicians over the years, and can honestly say Dr.Lorenzato is one of my favorite. Wether it be a chest cold, a broken bone, or any problem you have Id recommend him. He is very professional, is thorough on explaining his explanations, and you can tell right away he actually cares about his patients well being. You will feel right at home here, very welcoming overall, definitely will return if I need to see a doctor. 6/5 stars for me if I could. -Johnny H.

Worst place ever. Had to wait 30 minutes in an empty office before being seen. When was seen, he shrugged and said he had to refer out. Was billed for $~250 for a 5 minute shrug. Two years later, I get a second bill saying I now owe $~200 more than the previous amount. Worst part is, not only did he NOT treat the issue, he did not even look in the right place for several minutes convinced that he WAS seeing something [ which was later confirmed by a specialist to be completely untrue]. Do not go here unless you want a steep medical bill without any sort of real care.

This is THE BEST urgent care I have visited so far. We went to foster City to meet one of our family friends and my son was vomiting continuously. We immediately rushed to urgent care. Every one was so cordial, the form filling process was very simple.Doctor did all the check up and explained us the cause of vomiting and gave the prescription. Not only that, they were kind enough to do a follow up visit without charging any copay , before we left foster city. I was stress free after I met the doctor. God bless you all !!

I had a fight with my cat (and he won). I was leaving on vacation in a week and knew I needed to get on antibiotics quickly. I went online and reserved the first appointment for the next day. When I went in they knew who I was, had confirmed my insurance and got me in right away. I was very happy with the care I received. I will definitely be back, if I need medical care in the future. Horrible experience! Male doctor that I saw there, Dr. L, is clueless and the billing department is shady. Dr. L kept trying to push vitamin supplements as a cure for everything. If I want alternative medicine I will go to an alternative medicine clinic. Then, they try to overcharge you for subpar services. Stay away at all costs if you value your health and your wallet.

Dr. Lorenzato takes care of my various health issues. His medicine works well for me. He also gives well being tips. We are very lucky to have such a good doctor in our neighborhood. Nurses and Front desk are very nice and welcoming. Billing is easy to work with. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor.

Great experience with this place. I called ahead they asked if I could fill out a form online and book online. Did that and when I got there was super fast and simple. I had a follow up visit with the doctors. The staff and facility were very hospitable and I would definitely go back.
