I cant give enough kudos to Totem Lake Physical Therapy staff and in particular Brent. Its a very family friendly environment in a nice facility w lots of equipment. Youre always welcomed warmly and will feel more like a friend here rather than a patient. They have extended hours which really helps w/scheduling appts. They are amazing in dealing w the insurance companies. When I initially started my visits they were billed through PIP due to MVA. Jan dealt w keeping everything straight for me between my PIP and private insurance. One less hassle so I could focus on my treatment! Brent is hands down the best PT Ive ever met. He listens intently, asks questions to make sure he understands and comes up with a plan of action on the 1st visit. Hes also big on educating you as to why youre experiencing the symptoms you have and what you should be doing at home to help. For me, he was correct in a diagnosis that had been missed by 2 Drs and my prev PT. He got me in with the right specialist...which ultimately led to surgery, and my quality of life is much improved because of it. Hes also correctly diagnosed 2 of my loved ones and a colleague. I trust his opinion 100% and he is my 1st referral to anyone I know/love for exceptional care. You wont be disappointed

This is the 3rd physical therapy group I have used, much superior to my prior experiences. The evaluation and personalized and differentiated care was focused on my particular situation, severe arthritis. During the 1st set of visits, I focused on my chronic low back problems. The initial program and my continued exercises improved my situation to the extent that I am retaining my flexibility and can manage without medications. A year later, my 2nd set of visits have improved my neck pain and loosened up my shoulders. The family feeling in the clinic also gives patients a psychological boost. I feel fortunate that my doctor referred me to Totem Lake Physical Therapy. Sigrid

I couldnt be more pleased with the care Ive received at Totem Lake Physical Therapy. Unfortunately last night I had a pretty bad knee injury playing competitive soccer. After a night of doing the R.I.C.E. Method I knew it was time to get it looked at asap! My chiropractor (Dr. Coogan) referred me to Brent Coburn and I cant say enough about how grateful I am. Brent spent a good amount of time with me, ran me through some range of motion tests and he gave me his opinion of what my injury is and a course of treatment. Im really looking forward to seeing him again next week! Thanks again to Totem Lake Physical Therapy & staff!

I am only three weeks into ankle surgery rehab but everyone here is great. I have been to my share of PT offices and this is one of the best. I see Brent and he is extremely knowledgeable, no searching for answers, and has a great feel for my limitations and knows when to push my ankle. One of the best places I have been to for physical therapy. Staff are professional and caring. Theres always someone there who will take care of you right away. They even have a Kinect device for some exercises. All in all I am happy with this place.
