I went to SOL one month after receiving surgery for several torn ligaments in the rotator cup of my left shoulder. When I first got there I could barely get my arm out of the sling. In just a month, with help from the gifted hands of physical therapist Aracelly Latino-Feliz, my arm has already gained back 95% mobility and 70% strength. With a projected recovery time of 6 months my progress is making leaps and bounds, and its because the people at SOL are well trained, experienced, professional, and just know how to fix broken people so we can get back to our lives. Similarly they are very educational: every step of the way Aracelly (Ara) let me know exactly what was going on with my injury, how it happened, how it was repaired, how it is healing, how I will recover, and she knows precisely what I should do to make that recovery. She listened to any problem I was having and made the appropriate actions to solve it that same day. I learned way more about my injury from her and the SOL crew than I did from the doctor that surgically repaired my shoulder, and that added understanding helped me to recover that much faster. Thanks Ara and SOL for the positive support, education, and encouragement.

I have used SOLPT for over 10 years with 100% results. Lower back, pre- and post-op ACL surgery, and most recently thoracic back problems. I had tried several other PT locations prior to finding SOL and none helped. I always felt like I was wasting time and money. Now at SOL, even though I have chronic and recurrent issues that resurface from my own stupidity and decrepitude, these folks make me feel new again. I swear it is magic or voodoo that they do. I originally saw Tammara, the owner, way back when she was a one-person shop and she is incredible! As they have grown, i was really worried that quality would suffer as she cannot see everyone. nevertheless, she has an incredible ability to hire extraordinary folks who know and do great work. Natasha is my latest hero. A god-send, a magician, is all I can say. It maybe kind of sick, but I kind of look forward to treatment, because I know I will have my pain go away. I wish google would allow me to use 10 stars.

SOL was referred to me by a friend and they far exceeded my expectations. I was looking for followup care for my 81-year old mother who was recuperating from a broken femur, and our therapist, Clarice was fantastic. She was so patient, warm, knowledgeable and encouraging---we couldnt have asked for more. I was a bit concerned SOL may not be the right fit based on the name and photos since it seemed like it was mainly for young athletic clients (vs. Medicare clientele). However, once my mom attended a session I realized that there was definitely a mix of patients. My mother made terrific progress in 3 weeks and felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend it and would return there in a heartbeat if needed.

I’ve been to at least five other PT clinics and none compare to SOL. I recommend them very highly. I think they far surpass any other PT practice I have seen. None were at this level. Whether they are treating Olympians and world class athletes - they care for several - or just regular patients, they bring world class therapy and state of the art treatments to everyone under their care. The level of expertise in accessing individual needs/issues along with recommending exercises and routines is exceptional. The entire staff: physical therapists, trainers, massage therapists and office support are all genuinely concerned about the patients health and recovery. Check em out!

At SOL you get hands-on work (with the help of some cool tools when needed--Graston, KinesioTape, among others) with your PT followed by corrective strength exercises under the supervision of a very friendly, knowledgeable team. I went to SOL about a year ago after a mysterious injury prevented me from running, and after just two sessions I was back training. How did I come across SOL you ask? I met Nina and Tammara during my time competing for UC Berkeley in Track. Needless to say, when time is crucial to your high performance lifestyle SOL understands the importance of getting you back in action fast! They also have an Alter-G, which is really cool!

After a year of non-healing, overworked, foolish negligence of an elbow injury, I finally went to SOL and saw Ada. Shes highly knowledgeable and diagnosed me rapidly. She knew all the sport-specific movements that I was doing, some of which prior PTs were not familiar with. She made sure to teach me enough relevant anatomy and physiology to understand my injury and avoid future damage. Each session was split into 30 minutes of progress assessment + Graston/ART and 30 minutes of guided rehab movement. I always left feeling strong, flexible, and confident in my recovery. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and clearly cared about their patients.

I have had a shoulder issue on and off the past year and a half which was starting to really affect my overall mobility and what I could do. I knew I wanted to take care of the issue before it got any worse and was recommended to see Adam. He was a true professional and within a few weeks not only improved my range of motion but also gave me a better understanding of what was going on and how to maintain my mobility. Everyone was super helpful there from Jamie at the front desk to Braxton the aide, I would definitely go back to SOL.

Ive been there for herniated disc treatment, as well as a muscle pull/tear. The treatment is fantastic. HIGHLY recommend Raminder and his pilates focused treatment. He has done wonders for me and put me back on the playing field. You cant find an AlterG many places (they have one), and using it has been very helpful. Downside to SolPT: on occasion the facilities can be very crowded- cramped and hectic.
