Had to respond to the review because I disagree so much...My husband and I have been patients at Flex off and on for almost two years. I have had therapy on my neck and then returned for therapy when my shoulder had issues and he has chronic back pain. I have seen most of the therapists and liked them and have ALWAYS had courteous service from the front desk staff, and I have dealt with at least two of them. When I have had doctors tell me to try to get in before I see another type of doctor, the front desk has worked me in. They also worked with me on the bill when I needed help because my shoulder is an L&I claim. Not only have I recommended them to people I know, but several of the doctors I am seeing also said that they know and like the place as well. Great Place!

Diane and everyone at Flex Physical Therapy were able to help me reach my goals and get me back to playing basketball after ACL and meniscus reconstructive surgery. The facilities are nice and the staff is very friendly. Scheduling appointments was easy and the billing process was straight forward and well explained. I would definitely recommend Flex Physical Therapy to friends.
