It is always nice to be cheerfully greeted by staff members. In the past I have had knee replacements in 2004,and 2013 and had P. T. at those times and recovered rather quickly and even came to enjoy these sessions. By the time I was done I think I knew every staff members name. Right now I am back at Peaks getting help with my sprained and bruised right wrist. I have only been there 3 sessions and the movement is getting better. I was given putty to use at home and instructions on doing some other exercises. One of the wonderful pluses is that I could ask questions about the procedures and would get answers.
