Went in to have a wisdom tooth removed they managed to do but I developed something called dry socket the next day called the office no answer. Called the emergency line over and over the next day, no answer. Left a message on the emergency line then went to a different dental office to fix the problem it has been a couple weeks and they have never returned my calls or followed up. Never gave me a prescription for pain after I told them I have problems with other pain meds. Overall wound up being one of the worst dentist experiences I have ever had.

Ive been going to Dr. Herrick since I was a kid and wouldnt go anywhere else. Everyone there is always so kind and professional. I chipped my front tooth last night, went in this morning to get it looked at and schedule an appointment, but he said "lets take care of it right now" and got me in and out in less than an hour with no appointment. Cant even tell there was ever any damage to my tooth, it looks as good as new. If youre looking for a dentist I highly recommend him.

I have been looking for a professional and knowledgeable dentistry staff for a long time and found it with Dr. Herricks team. They are amazing! Not only is the dental service you receive top notch but they take the time to explain insurance, the billing process, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Herrick and his team.

Completely disrespectful receptionists. Ill be finding a dentist that actually keeps his appointments. Not send patients away after theyve been waiting 20 minutes for their appointment.
