I made an appointment before we left on our vacation to Long Beach because of an ongoing condition. I arrived early and filled out the paperwork carefully. From the beginning Dr Auttelet did not listen to me. I tried to answer his question but he cut me off three times and denied asking me the question. He then verbally exploded accusing me of being rude ( I wasnt) and flatly refused to treat me telling me to go to Oregon. I remained calm and polite the entire visit with everyone. I am a retired secondary English teacher and taught communication skills. I left in extreme pain and was unable to drive to Oregon or anywhere.
