Okay for routine immunizations and check ups but they really drop the ball when something else comes up. We have been taking our lab here for 5 years. My dog had bloody diarrhea during the night. I called first thing in the morning and left a couple messages. Then called four more times during the first hour they were open and noone answered or returned my call. Concerned for dog I put him in the car and headed to their office. When I arrived the girl at the counter said shed gotten my message but hadnt returned my calls because they didnt have any openings until Friday. No concern for my dog. She asked if I had called the emergency vet? Um no...I was waiting for a call from my regular vet! I work in health care, when an "emergency" calls and leaves a message they should be called back immediately and referred else where if youre not available, NOT put on the back burner and ignored because you dont have an opening. Disgusted with their lack of concern for my dog and being left hanging. We will be finding another vet for our routine and emergency care.

Dr. Call and Sno-King have been great... BUT it appears they have taken on too many clients. I had an Adult German Shepherd who Dr. Call took care of for 6 years for me. Recently, his health took a turn for the worse. Every call I made the staff wanted me to drop my dog off, which I happily did, but then I NEVER got a call from the vet... just some sketchy news from the vet tech. 2 weeks later, things get worse... another drop off, anther pick up and still NO CALL from the vet. Yesterday morning, after 8.5 years with my buddy, I had to make the call to put him down. "Sorry, we are too busy..." Thank Goodness OTHER VETS see fit to make 5 minutes available to those of us whose "Home Vet" has FAILED us. YES Im SAD. YES, Im MAD. Disappointment runs very deep. As much as I USED to like Sno-King... I will never again recommend them, as they are NOT a full service vet. Im beginning to wonder if the low cost of his services were really worth it, rather than paying a premium for a vet who will actually be there for you in your time of need.

I have had enough bad experiences at vets to be very reluctant to try a new one, but I was VERY pleased with everything about this place. When I called (this was the 6th place I called) to first set up an appointment, the receptionist didnt have the answers, so she took the time to find them out and gave me a call back when she had them. I was very pleased. When I arrived for my appointment the staff were so very friendly and actually took the time to listen to me. The visit with the Dr was great. he got right to the point, gave my dog the shots he needed and we were done. When I was checking out, and it came time to pay, I paid exactly what I was quoted, there were no surprises. and I was also able to book an upcoming appointment for both of my dogs. This may be 45 min drive form my home, but it is WORTH the drive

Their office is small but they are the most compassionate vet Ive ever been to. They offered to help me out with what could have been a very large bill by offering a payment plan as well as making the options to treat my cat very clear. Unfortunately my cat had severe liver failure and didnt make it. they gave me all the time i needed, honored my request to not shave the injection site, and the nurse even offered a hug after it was all over. They sent me home with a cute blanket to bury my cat in and all around took care of me and understood my emotional state. I love this vet and will be taking my other animals there in the future.

Dr. Mark has been a blessing to us. Since moving here from out of state, we had two pets get sick. He provided great care for our Furbabies and us as it was terminal. His compassion and kindness made a difficult time easier. His consideration of costs in these trying financial times is truely appreciated, as well. The technicians that assist are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. They are a great asset to the practice. This is a family business that span at least 3 generations that I know of. A rare commodity. I highly recommend Sno-King Veterinary Clinic.

Ive taken my dogs to doctor Mark for years but after my dog got a skin infection that was identified and named dr. Mark treated my dog with a prednisone shot. I thought it was an antibiotic but after the third or fourth time I discovered what he was treating the infection with. Trying to get more money out of my pocket at the suffering of my poor little dog. I took my dog to another clinic and got antibiotics that cleared the problem up. Ill never go there again!!!

While visiting in Lynnwood, one of my chihuahua was attacked by a vicious shepherd mix. I found this wonderful place via google on my phone. The doctor repaired his little body and stitched him up swiftly, and cleanly. I am very impressed with the quality of care. Also I was pleasantly surprised that the fees were only a fraction of similar services I have been billed by my former vet. I have found a new permanent vet for my precious chihuahuas.

The older woman working the front office needs to retire. She has no customer service skills what so ever. She is uncompassionate and abhorrently rude! There was also blood in several places on the customer service counter right in front of her desk, who knows how long that was there and who touched any of it. We will not be supporting their business with our business any more.

Dr. Call is only concerned about my dogs welfare, not the money. He is a wonderful vet and takes the time that I require every visit. My dog has had cancer for months and Dr. Call has come up with solutions to extend her life when I was already prepared to put her down. The end is coming soon but I thank Dr. Call for giving her (and us) this time to enjoy together.

I love this vet, I am a cat lover an have taken every one of my cats here. I recommended the place to my mother and grandparents as well as my friends that have pets. They are a reliable an affordable place an have the nicest staff I wouldnt imagine taking my animals anywhere else :) I also plan on taken my new kittens here as soon as possible:)

They removed 9 teeth from my cat, and left all the roots. We kept taking him in because of his swollen glands, they just kept giving him more antibiotics, 5 times. I took him to another vet, where they removed 8 roots left behind. This cost me an additional $1800. Unbelievable! These people should not be in business!

They were so sweet to me when I first came in. They explained prices and there was no hidden fees. The doctor was a.m.a.z.i.n.g with taking care of my puppy. My puppy usually has panic attacks when hes in the vet but with this doctor he wasnt and it was shocking! I think Im going to permanently switch clinics(:
