My son went in for a bruised heal from running and they charged $374 for 45 minutes of physical therapy!!!! You sign paperwork saying your coverage by insurance (ours $60) but no consideration to let me know that it is $314 more than my insurace covers. As we all know you do not go to physical therapy once but continute at least 10 times. So 10 x 314= $3140 for 3 weeks of physical therapy. When I questioned at the front desk no one could help me. They give you a number to billing in California that automatically goes into a voicemail for someone to call you back. It seems at this outrageous cost they would give me an option for thir service since insurance only covers $60. BEWARE!!

I have had 2 total knee replacements within the past 6 months and have done all my rehab at Cascade on Harbor Reach Drive. Therapy has gone very well and I believe Ive had the finest care available. The entire staff is helpful and friendly and so cooperative with one another. There have been no problems with scheduling or insurance or anything else. My experience here couldnt be better. I believe Cascade is truly a healing place. Theresa

I used to work at this location for 2 and half years and I can honestly say that these reviews are not remotely accurate. Cascade is a great clinic with knowledgeable therapists who put far more into their treatments than anywhere else Ive been. The scheduling is flexible and accommodating and the billing is reasonable. This group of therapists is focused on the highest standard of care and I can attest that they provide it.
