The quality of their frames is very poor. The staff is friendly but totally incompotent when it comes to fitting. Do yourself a favor and get your frames from Costco. Youll save yourself money and the frames will last for years. I ordered new glasses in 2/08 and the frame broke in 12/08. I moved to Las Vegas in 5/08 and was not able to bring them in. I visited the store on 9/15/09. They said its my fault they are broken because I remove the glasses with one hand instead of two hands and the manufacturer does not make the frames anymore so they are not able to replace the frames. This sounded like a practiced speech for anyone complaining about the quality of their glasses. I asked to replace the glasses and they said they wont. I told them I am not satisfied and they said they were sorry but they can do nothing for me. I would be satisfied with a new pair of glasses (similar style is fine) and mail them to me at the address I provided. Otherwise, I would like a refund for the amount I paid. They have my contact information.

I have been coming to this office for several years now. The staff there is very nice, they make me feel very comfortable every single time I come in, and are very helpful with helping me find the perfect pair of glasses that best suits my face. I never have to worry about my insurance because they seem to take care of it all for me. They are very patient with me, because I am particular, needless to say picky. Dr Dan is very efficient and thorough with his exam, I highly recommend going to this office.

The Rx glasses I received were not that great - things are kinda blurred. The exam seemed thorough, but the gal that sold me the frames also managed to slip in a bunch of "extra" stuff that turned out to cost a lot but was totally worthless. Especially the so-called "glare protection" which just makes the lenses get oily and dirty easier! I would definitely avoid this place if you can.

Such a wonderful staff...their manager Physita Tan was amazing. She squeezed me in for an eye exam and contact lenses because I had a vball tourney today. I would never go to a different clinic again
