I went to this clinic for neck pain and had a bad experience. I feel that the clinics methods, philosophy and procedures are not a good match for me. I do not like getting pressured into procedures and multiple appointments. I did not feel the staff was upfront on costs for services. I was told they would explain at my next appointment but I had already lost confidence in what was happening. I was required to submit to a scan for $50, of which I will not benefit from, before I could get an adjustment. The very brief adjustment was unsatisfactory since did not address my neck pain in the least.

So I was a "when pigs fly" kind of chiropractic girl and had a shoulder that was getting worse by the day. Dr. Shelby goes to my Yoga Studio (Inspiring Actions in Hudson) and I got up the nerve to ask her about it. I went a couple of days later and am now on my 6th week of treatment and feel great! I look forward to my appointments and cant believe I was such a chicken! Dr. Shelby heard my hesitation and took the time to explain what was going on and how adjusts are done. I cant thank her enough for helping me and will incorporate chiropractic into my life long pursuit of wellness!

One visit reduced the pain drastically, within three it was completely gone, pain that otherwise might have had me visit the hospital (and would have had me still paying medical bills).
