My experience with Schmidt Chiropractic Clinic and Dr. Schmidt was one of the best ever! I have seen a chiropractor in the past for the same issue and all he did was treat my acute pain over a few sessions and told me to come back if it ever happened again. To me that is only relieving the problem for a short period of time, prolonging possible injury or destruction of the tissues and bone and not preventing or healing the body for years to come. Dr. Schmidt has shown me how to fix, prevent and maintain my neurological, muscular, and spinal problems. Just a month ago I developed severe neck pain, upper back pain, right arm numbness and stiff muscles that I could not lift my arm elbow high or turn my neck. After several days of having this pain I was referred to Dr. Schmidt by a co-worker of mine. I am 24 years old and would say that I have always been in relative good health; I have a very active job, never had any surgeries or major illness and overall thought my body was good and healthy. I shortly learned how much of a mess my body was and could not believe it. I have suffered from severe headaches my whole life that had virtually gone un-diagnosable, weekly stabbing lower back pain, popping and clicking in my SI joints, and the new short term symptoms of being unable to move my arm and neck that came with numbness and great pain. After my consult with Dr. Schmidt he immediately saw a need to get me on a right course of action to get me on a right path. I learned that I was in stage two of spinal degeneration, I had collapsed arches in my left foot, all were collapsed in my right, my pelvis was tilted and rotated, my right leg was shorter then my left by TWO inches, my entire spine from top to bottom was tilted or off center and the alignment was to the left, and the space at the top of my spine on the right where all of the major nerves go in to the spinal cord was very compressed and small. After eleven adjustments and associated therapies I can say in the last month I have seen a 90% overall improvement. My feet pain has diminished, I have not had one headache, my lower back pain and clicking is gone, arm numbness and tingling is gone, I can fully move my neck and body without pain. To me this has been incredible and have seen so many changes and I overall feel so much better. With Dr. Schmidt’s care I have seen neurological, muscular, and spinal changes. Dr. Schmidt and his wife Julie are top notch when it comes to patient care, listening and understanding to your concerns. Their schedule for patient is so flexible and accommodating. They are always kind and caring. I have had a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone! I am looking forward to continuing my corrective and maintenance care with them.

I have finally found the Chiropractor I had been searching for year after year. I have tried MANY Chiropractors with different techniques and gadgets and I truly believe Dr. Schmidt is the best of the best. I came to Dr. Schmidt at a point where I was receiving cortisone injections in my neck and hip due to extreme pain. I was also experiencing migraines, and my one knee was starting to swell and hurt. I was in bad shape and my M.D. suggested I try a Chiropractor (again). I was determined this time I would really investigate and try to find someone with experience, who "really knows" how to adjust a neck and back. I started to research online and found glowing reviews on Dr. Schmidt. I studied the info on his website, felt good about his years of experience, so I called and made an appointment. Dr. Schmidt really "doctors" you through the initial examination, scans, x-rays, and is very good at explaining it all. After my first adjustment I was so excited because I knew I had finally found "my Chiropractor". I followed the plan he set in place for me and after each adjustment felt better and better. After only 14 visits I only occasionally have slight pain in my neck and upper back, my knee is healed, and my migraines have subsided. Truly amazing! I really look forward to my visits there. His wife Julie is the receptionist and is also wonderful, welcoming and always cheerful, and really understands the insurance aspect which is very helpful. I was so excited about my outcome after each visit and kept sharing my experience with a co-worker. My co-worker was intrigued, had never been to a Chiropractor in her life, and decided to give it a try. She is now also a regular patient and very happy to have found Dr. Schmidt. I will be referring more family members and friends - I highly recommend Dr. Schmidt!

I have suffered from back pain for as long as I can remember. After moving to the Twin Cities area, I was in need of finding a new chiropractor. Due to the convenience of the location, I chose to call Schmidt Chiropractic Clinic to see if they would be able to help me out. I don’t think I could have stumbled upon a better chiropractor. After my initial visit with him, I could tell that this experience would be different than any other. I told him the problems I was having and he was able to tell me how he could help me out. Together, we came up with a plan that I was comfortable committing to. It’s been three months since my first visit and I have already improved so much! I used to get headaches almost every day and now they’ve essentially disappeared! I can’t even remember when the last one occurred. I’ve also noticed improvement in my posture and that the stiffness and soreness in my back has become much more manageable. Dr. Schmidt and his team are very thorough and you can tell they truly care about their patients. My experience thus far has been wonderful and I highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone!

I started seeing Dr. Schmidt for a very sore ankle. I could barely walk. He showed me that treating my ankle would be temporary at best, and that I needed to address my entire misalignment. That was not what I wanted to hear that day, but I am thankful that he showed me my overall problem. He has also used cold laser therapy that helps my neuropathy and has sped healing of some injuries. My strength and balance is much improved. He goes the extra mile to answer my questions teach me how to make improvements on my own. He coordinated treatment with other practitioners and has referred me to others when I needed them. Very professional front office for scheduling and insurance assistance. Ive been to many chiropractors in my life. They were all good, but Dr. Schmidt addresses the "whole person" and has clearly made my life better.

A friend of ours recommended you to us. I was a bit hesitant to go so far for a chiropractor. Im very happy that my wife and I made the choice to go! You clearly show how much you care for the well being of other people! I enjoy listening, learning, and sharing opinions with you. I knew of my condition, but you explained it so well that, I was able to make some intelligent and healthy choices! Im feeling much better already! ( its only been about 5 weeks thus far) and my wife says I smile a lot more now. (easy to do when Im not in pain all the time) You showed us some great exercises and even showed me a device that would and has proven to be very helpful with my condition.
