Lori Scarlett and her staff have exceeded our expectations through this first year weve had our puppy. They are readily available (especially via email) for any questions and concerns, and they are extremely helpful and accommodating with their hours/scheduling. Our English Cocker puppy also was spayed at Four Lakes and I was extremely impressed with how well she healed; you barely know she had the surgery because the stitches were done internally, and her skin was sealed with a type of glue. This impressed me because my previous dog had definite scarring and bumps left from after her surgery. Finally - they are very good at following up with scheduling for vaccinations and appointments which is helpful in trying to keep up with everything in life. It has really benefited with her help and made things so much easier. We plan to continue to take our dog to Four Lakes well into her adulthood and appreciate their helpfulness, courtesy and professionalism. Their prices are also very reasonable and competitive compared to other clinics that I have researched/looked into. Youll definitely be happy with your decision to take your pet to Dr. Lori and her staff.

I had never been to Four Lakes Vet Clinic until Wed.14th of Dec.2016. I had a situation with my dog where she just collapsed that morning and was referred to Dr. Scarlett. I called and they got me in with in a couple of hours..my poor dog was so sick that she needed to be put to sleep..I asked if we could have a few hours to say goodbye ( this was not a good choice on my part..I was so in denial) and they made her as comfortable as possible..Dr.Scarlett and her entire staff were so helpful,compassionate, and considerate. I am now a lifetime customer because I and my dog were never treated with such care anyplace else in the Madison/Monona area. The Four Lakes Vet Clinic is the place to take your animals. I followed Dr. Scarlett from her previous practice and am so glad I did. She has been compassionate, understanding, and caring when dealing with our two dogs and cat. Weve worked with her for end of life care, acute illnesses, surgery, and annual check ups, and she has always explained everything thoroughly and collaborated with us for the planning and treatment of our pets. Scheduling is always convenient, she is cost conscientious, follows up to check in on our furry friends, and knows her limitations and when its appropriate to refer. Her staff are all very caring and friendly as well. Ive worked with multiple vets, and recommend her in a heart beat.

Dr. Scarlett Has been caring for my three cats for the last eight years. She has provided wonderful care for each of them over that time. I have had several concerns about their health over the years and in each instance she was very thorough and made recommendations for care that have kept them in great health and spirit! Id give it a big fat zero if i could!!! I recently learned that a friend of mine took her chihuahua there for dental work and they burned her dog. For whatever reason, a tech put an electric blanket in a microwave for 6 mins then put my friends dog on it and plugged it in. Her dog suffered severe burns and now has permanent skin damage. What i cant believe is that they sent her a bill and think she should pay it! Talk about adding insult to injury. They fed up big time and need to make it right.

Have been with Dr. Scar!et since she was in Mc Farland and we moved when she started her own practice. I would not take my five kitties and dog to anyone else. She and her staff are the best.
