I used to work in the customer service industry, so I know that the worst possible thing that can happen is this: You just closed up shop, youre about to go home to your family and have dinner, and up walks someone two minutes AFTER your closing time. Well, guess what? I was totally that annoying person yesterday when my husband and I came to pick up our two dogs. We got stuck in HOURS of traffic on our way back from Chicago due to a huge accident. We got to the Pet Hospital 2 minutes late. We figured we would NOT be seeing our dogs that night...Well, it was our lucky day. The sweetest, most accommodating ladies were walking out and had just closed the doors. Without any hesitations, they opened the doors back up, got our sweet dogs (who came running out to us smelling fresh and clean), and took our payment with a smile. I am one HAPPY MOMMA! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

My cat spent spring break at this location under Dr. Mangums care. When I dropped him off he was in early kidney disease and thyroid disease, which was under control with medication. Unfortunately after being under her care for seven days, I picked him up in a grave state. Less than a week later I had to let my baby go. I got a second opinion on mon after seeing Dr. Murphy also on sat and was told that he had an abdominal mass. It was too late to save my baby but not too late for yours. These drs provide bare minimum care, so please get a second opinion before its too late. Especially if you have a cat, there are very qualified vets in the area. Ive learned more in a few days from one than I ever did while at the pet hospital for years.

I wouldnt trust my fur babies with anyone else! Dr. Mangum has cared for all 3 of my border collies for over 10 years. When our oldest pup got sick last year with a rare form of cancer; she took time to research the best treatment, always listened to her changing symptoms and when the time came sat with me and cried. She treated our "middle child" for a hurt shoulder this past week (I have received 2 follow up calls from the office already to check in on her) and is wonderful at caring for and giving expert advice for our newest addition. Facility is clean and modern, all employees go out of their way to be helpful, and the doctors are the best!

I have been going to The Pet Hospitals - Collierville, since 2006, with my American Bulldog, Newman, and my two Cane Corsos - Rocco and Nocciolina. Our Veteranarian is Dr. Madison, who is absolutely phenomenal. He is super personable, gentle with my dogs, extremely thorough and caring about their medical well being and health. In addition, the wonderful staff always greets us with a smile and open arms. My pets never fear coming to the Vet or seeing the friendly, sweet, knowledgeable ladies that greet them each time they visit. Thank you for your continued great care and services! We are very happy customers!

I have been bringing my pets to The Pet Hospital - Collierville for almost 15 years and my family has always been treated with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Gant and Heidi are the BEST!! They love what they do and they have become part of my extended family. They have rejoiced with me and cried with me through the ups and downs of pet ownership. They truly love my furry babies almost as much as I do and they always do their very best to help me do what is best for my pets. I highly recommend the care at The Pet Hospital.

We absolutely LOVE The Pet Hospitals-Collierville! They were so caring and compassionate when our Schnauzer, Duke, had a liver shunt, and he had to have major surgery. They would see him whenever we needed, whether they were about to close or not. We feel that the doctors there really know what they are talking about and are able to make us understand in lay terms. You can tell that they really care about the animals they care for on a daily basis. We are very confident in their knowledge and abilities!

We have been customers of Collierville Pet for 16+ years. We always have great experiences with their wonderful and caring staff. We saw Dr. Wooden for the first time on our last visit and she was great with our golden retriever. She was understanding and patient, and very friendly. We received a follow-up call a few days after our visit from the office staff. We continue to use The Pet Hospitals-Collierville location even though we dont live close any longer. Its worth the drive!

My little dog hurt his leg on a Sunday morning. My regular vet isnt open on Sunday so my mother recommended that I take him to The Pet Hospital in Collierville. Im so glad that I did. They immediately came to check on him and had him back in an exam room within 10 minutes. Not only did they give him outstanding care, most of staff came to love on him. Not once did he feel nervous or upset at being "at the vet". I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet

About two years ago, a litter of kittens showed up on our doorstep and adopted us. We were lucky to find The Pet Hospitals in the process. Dr. Newton and the entire team have always been great with our crew, helping with everything from the normal shots to minor bugs and injuries along the way. I originally started coming here because I adopted a puppy, and this is where I got all his vaccinations at no charge. However, this staff is so awesome. Dr. Taylor and all the vet techs and everyone has been super nice, attentive, and they actually care about you and your pet. Their prices are competitive, and their wait times are super fast. I not only bring my puppy to them, now theyre my other dogs vet too. Thanks, Dr. Taylor and everyone!

They have shown care and love for our beloved Dexter at all times, even when he was difficult to treat due to his injury. They never fail to call to check up on him after hes had a problem. He is very thorough and takes time to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about your pet. The staff is great, too! I was very pleased with the service we received at the Pet Hospital in Collierville. It was late Sunday afternoon when my dog needed medical attention, and finding help on weekends is not easy. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful...nice, polite and very professional. We were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this facility.
