Very unprofessional! They just called me on the morning of my appointment to say "Im just confirming your appointment for next Saturday @ 3pm" WAIT MY APPOINTMENT IS SUPPOSE TO BE TODAY @ 3PM! I made this appointment almost 2 weeks ago and have it written on the calendar. So I call Tanya back and say there is a misunderstanding because I have her appointment as today(sat) not next Saturday and she says no there is no confusion the dr had a death in the family so he is not taking any appointments today but you can bring her to Covington if u like. UMMMM OK..........WELL THATS NOT WHAT U SAID IN THE MESSAGE!!! This was just not handled appropriately. Will be using a REAL vet from here on out. Dont bring your loved pets here. I will be sticking with Slidel Vet on Front St. as they are wonderful.

I have been taking my dog here for a year. She seems to do just fine and the vets are professional and very nice to her. I would suggest this banfield to anyone having to use a vet. Also, my dog has allergies; so the wellness plan is great for me.

My dog was very calm. Had a bad experience with a different vet so she doesnt like needles. She didnt even flinch when this dr stuck her. Very informative. I will definitely come back!

From the front desk staff to the tech and veterinarians, eveyone every visit, is wonderful! Although my cat may not enjoy the visit, I always have a great experience!

I was in and out in 30 minutes and they were wonderful. Took my puppy being sick seriously and gave me all the knowledge I needed and everything my puppy needed.
