I cant believe how INCONSIDERATE people can be. I got a call from my dentist to come in, they had a cancellation and I took it. Being a cancer patient, I dont always know how Im going to be feeling once I get started. I was going to try to make this appt a little over an hour away. Because my morning was a bit rough, I decided to be CONSIDERATE of their time and call before my 11:15 appt and asked if I be 10 min late would that be ok. I was told "oh that will be fine". Due to traffic issues, I unfortunately got there 14/15 min late instead of the 10 min and the lady that was just sitting at the desk (maybe the hygienist) doing Nothing, I guess waiting on me to come in so she could tell me "Youre too late, you have to reschedule". When I said I called and could someone Please see me, she stated "I have to go to another job". I understand and can Appreciate their time but what I Could NOT understand is if ALL you were doing was sitting there (in an empty office) waiting for me to come in to tell me IN PERSON that I would have to reschedule, WHY wouldnt someone kindly, be CONSIDERATE and pick up the phone and call me to tell me before I continue my transit all the way to your location on 92nd Center. When I expressed my concern about this, another lady (maybe the receptionist) stated, "Im sorry, If we would have known that was a cell phone number maybe we would have tried calling you". Really!! Really!!! I think it bothered me so bad because I took the time to call them and from her behavior, it seems like she was just waiting until I walk in that door to tell me I would have to reschedule. Like a payback to me for being late and I really tried to get there.

I have been going to this office for about 4 years now, and the one consistently negative thing I have observed is the poor customer service behind the front desk. These ladies almost always behave as if they are at the end of their ropes. Rarely are they polite and often they are rude and short with customers. This is both in person and on the phone. I have also witnessed them bad mouthing other people, (unclear if it was a co-worker or patient) on more than one occasion. I happen to like the dentists here or else I would be looking for a new office that prides itself on its professional and courteous reception staff. The only complaint I have with the actual dentistry work I have received is that Dr. Schnoll needs to pay a little closer attention to detail when he installs his fillings. Other than that, he is a kind and gentle dentist who goes out of his way to make the visit a comfortable one. A side note on the state of the office: outdated decor as well as old looking equipment in exam rooms. Time for a much needed upgrade if you want patients to really trust the overall quality of your practice.

ont go to this dental practice!!! Received a bill for $630 for services that were supposed to be covered with a $49 coupon. I payed cash (didnt get receipt, my fault) because we were past customers and thought I could trust the receptionist Kristen.She tried to bill an old insurance i had and when it got denied she sent us a bill....THREE MONTHS LATER!!! I believe this is caled double billing and is ILLEGAL. I have contacted Wael, the owner many times with no call back. I have sent two certified mailings to dispute the bill and they have refused the second letter which was in response to a letter back from them. I would like a call back from the owner. When speaking with the receptionist, Kristen she gets very abrasive and mean. After speaking to others about this dentist office, they mentioned the un-professionalism Kristen has when speaking to people. I would also like to note how dirty the office is. I wont use the bathroom. They go through dental hygienists which speaks volumes as to how this business is run.

My used 2 come here and she recommended me so ive been coming here for a few years now and I always enjoy my visit especially wen uk ur in good hands.. My dental tech Lisa always makes me feel special the receptionist Stephanie I believe its her name (forgive me if I have it wrong) but shes always very nice and kind as well the dentist is always very prompt on coming in the exam room to begin whatever procedure I maybe getting and as for the over all experience I have never felt so included in my dental treatment as Ive here even for my son who I also bring here for dental treatment thanks swan dental because of ur great efforts and work hes still without cavities and hes almost 17 yrs of age so whatever u telling him keep up the great work.. Im so sad to be leaving the state but I will and would still recommend this office to anyone ik for any work needed again thanks Swan dental u really made me feel like family...

Would not recommend this place EVER. I have been going for two years there and always had a weird feeling about it. The staff was very hit-or-miss. Recently we lost dental insurance but I wanted to keep up my cleanings so I called several weeks out and explained the situation to the receptionist and set up an appointment for a cleaning only that I would pay for out of pocket. Four days before the appointment the hygienist called me and informed me they would not see me unless I had xays done as I was overdue. I explained I wouldnt have insurance until January and was willing to pay for just the cleaning but she said her license would be at risk and it would be considered "supervised neglect" for them to clean my teeth without xrays and they would not do it. I will be contacting the Dental Association about this as well, but this is a warning to others out there - find somewhere else!

I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you had no other options! The experience I have from being there, smh mm mm. smh. When the receptionist would talk to me, she would be rude! I couldnt believe it! A place where you should feel comfortable while waiting to get your teeth cleaned...ect. When I would ask a question and it turning into a conversation with the person looking at my teeth, after someone else cleaning them, they made me feel like an idiot.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. Took my son and they they fixed a cavity with a crown. He was complaining about it hurting so took him back and they said he was fine. His crown feel of that night so had to take him back the very next day. I went to another clinic and they told me that my son had other cavities that Swan Dental missed (and they did take X-Rays so not sure how they missed them).

Love this place ! My son loves this place. Professional, friendly, clean, and fantastic dental work. I would highly recommend this office !
