Went here about 3 weeks ago - first time i been to a dentist in 16 years because i had not great experiences from childhood. Dr. Kaur and her staff were amazing, if not excellent. They did not do what i needed to get done, but they referred me to a place i could go to get my wisdom teeth pulled. However they did do first time pt xray as well as a teeth cleaning which my parents were bugging me about for years. I was a bit reserved at first but man, Dr. Kaur did a fantastic job and her staff was also accommodating. They took me in as a walk in first timer. If you need to go, call in an schedule an appointment - I got super lucky as a walk in. You wont regret this place as your choice for dental.

I have never been a big fan of dentists bc they always find something wrong or they r just out right mean. However, I was so happy to see that this dentist is very kind and gentle. Not only was the Dr. very nice but so was the rest of her staff. While I waited her dental assistant started to take x-rays and then so did the Dr. when it was my turn to be seen and she explained what I needed to have done and we came up with a plan right then and there. Needless to say, I am very happy I went to this office. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked if I knew of a great dentist!!!

My 4 year old son needed a cavity filled and I was sure he would be so terrified that there was no way this procedure would take place. He and my husband came home after the procedure and he was all smiles telling me how easy it was. My husband explained to me the staff and dentist were the ones that made this a painless procedure by their expertise and by going out of their way to ensure my sons comfort. I am so pleased that I switched my entire family to this dentist. Great job Alivio Dental!

I highly recommend Alivio Dental in Downers Grove! The staff is professional and friendly and Dr. Kaur is outstanding. After getting a full-mouth X-Ray, I received a very thorough exam. The advanced technology in the office also helps a great deal. I recently had a root canal and it was easy and close to being painless. I need more work and I look forward to Dr. Kaur completing it. I have visited other offices in the area and this one is by far the best.

Tried this dentist because I happened to be shopping in the grove shopping center. I needed a new dentist and I life in the area. The dentist is extremely gentle and takes her time to explain everything before she does anything in your mouth. The office is state of the art with computer x-ray imaging and she can show you on the TV screen everything shes going to do in your mouth. Ive found my new dentist!!

On a late Saturday afternoon 15 minutes before Alivio was to close I called and was able to get my husband in with a infected tooth that needed to be pulled, They took the time to get us in and gave a script and injected the area with pain medication to help with pain. The upcoming Monday he will have his tooth pulled. The Office manager and the dentist was so kind and helpful. Thank you Alivio Dental.

I had a great experience for my first visit to this office yesterday. The office is very modern and clean. The staff was courteous and Dr. Kaur took the time to explain my dental conditions and treatment plan. I was able to get my filling done right after the initial consultation which saved me another trip for it. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend this office to anyone.

My family and I had a great experience coming to this office. The staff is very friendly and caring. Before coming to this dental office my father was anxious and scared because of a bad experience we had with another dentist but the doctor and her staff did such an amazing job. My visit to the dentist always causes me to be nervous. But I was amazed at how understanding and gentle the dentist was with me. She took X-rays right there on the spot and explained the results. She explained the treatment she recommended and was very thorough. I was very happy with their service. Very friendly staff . I also appreciated that their office was so clean!!

My seven years old son had excessive tooth decays and was uncomfortable to come to dentist. But Dr. Kaur attended to him patiently and put him at ease. Before starting the procedure she took time to explain us in detail. The clinic has state of art technology, there was no waiting time, the staffs were also so co-operative and overall it was a peaceful experience.

I have had an excellent experience with this dental office. I went in for a cleaning and a treatment plan. The doctor did a great job of explaining what dental procedure options were available to me. She was very patient answered all of my questions. I feel very relieved to have finally found a dentist in the area that I am comfortable with.

The dentists at Alivio Dental are extremely professional and courteous. They were detailed and meticulous when giving me an exam. I felt comfortable as they explained everything to me very well. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. They are open late on weekdays and on Saturdays, which makes it conducive to my schedule.

Staff was extremely courteous and catered to the comfort of the patient. The office was clean and the equipment in excellent condition. We were able to get an emergency appointment quickly and the service was excellent. My daughter-in-law, Sarah, just started with Alivio Dental and she too has been extremely satisfied!

I had a beautiful experience on first visit and follow-up. Got an immediate appointment to my surprise and when I needed the most due to severe toothache. I had very good experience with this dental office. That was my First visit i went in for fixing my crown. The dentist Dr. Kaur is good and explained clearly on what she is going to do before fixing my crown back into the mouth. Dr. Kour did a nice job and I feel relaxed to have my crown fixed back on time.

Very good dental office! Friendly and helpful staff! They are always willing to lend a helping hand. Though they are out of network for my company but I still felt comfortable going there. Both cost and service was great. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends!
