They have the worst service I have seen. I submitted a prescription on April 25th for a wheelchair. I have yet to receive the chair yet I have made all calls concerning the status of the order. I was advised on May 10th a new prescription would need to be submitted as information was missing. Why is it no one called me to advise me of this? I received no help from customer service in even trying to help get this expedited as the chair is needed for me to return to work. I am worried that others in need of life saving equipment will not be able to get much needed service faster. DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOURE IN NEED OF ANYTHING IN A HURRY. IF YOURE LACKING ANYTHING NEEDED TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT, THEY WONT CALL YOU!!
