This place is horrible , the first few days I had to beg for my medicine and my food , the bathroom smells lije,raw sewage , it is freezing in the room and it makes my bones hurt because I have cervical myelopathy, the tv is kept on because the other resident wanted it on , I had no rights in the room , even though my insurance was paying for my room too , I had to hurry up and eat before my food got cold , because my bed was in front of the air conditioner, I has been her alost 2 weeks , my sheets have been changed once , most of the staff are very rude , and treat you like dirt , the therapy person told me if I continue to Improve I can stay so I did all the,exercises and now they said I meant my goals and I have to get out , I just had bran surgery, and I am so afraid to be alone , I pray God stays with me , and this place is the Devils pit

As a staff member here, I have noticed that all employees adhere to providing compassionate, top-notch Resident care. Should a Resident or Family member not be happy with anything, we try to fix the issue or do whatever we can to ensure that everyone is satisfied. The Facility is also undergoing several renovations & updates to continuously improve the exterior and interior areas of the building. Our newly spacious and lovely Rehab Center provides long and short-term rehabilitation in all arenas (Physical, Speech, Occupational, etc.). My mother is a resident and the staff have been nothing but wonderful to her and to us. I live in Springfield and work about an hour away in the other direction from Clarksville, and cannot make it to the facility each day, but the staff are very caring when I call to check on Moms status. She has so many people that care for her and they never seem to forget that.
