Ive been working with here since before September of this year and as of now November23rd I have not been paid in almost 2 months. reason being apparently my supervisor got fired so instead of me being reassigned to a supervisor or someone calling me to let me know that my supervisor was fired they just stopped paying me no one was responsible for putting in my hours I called multiple times left voicemails with payroll with the manager with human resources and I have not gotten one call yet that so apparently I have to drive up there and figure out why I wasnt informed first of all and why I havent been getting paid not my responsibility for them to reassigned supervisors when one of them gets fired. I cannot stand this place and only reason Im even with this company is because my father needs a caregiver in the last caregiver he had worked for Addus so she told me to go there so as soon as I find a new place that goes with his insurance Ill be applying there. it is by far the most unprofessional establishment I have ever worked for my life

Ive been working for Addus for a year now and its one of the most unprofessional health care agency Ive ran across. I love what I do for a living but I wish that the supervisors would be more professional by returning calls. My grandmother is registered with this company abs after her last HCA, ADDUS never sent anyone else. I literally had to call the girl that worked for her in order for us to find out that she was taken off the schedule and they have yet to replace her. Only good thing about this is having job security and worrying with the clients. You would literally have to go to ADDUS and lose your professional demeanor in order to get results about anything. You will never hear from your supervisor until they feel that you can take a case they have to offer,

Bad place to deal with, no one knows no nothing. You want an aide to come to your house, they come 2 hours late and then excuses. Some will come and show up for 4 days, after that, they call in, excuses on why they cant come. Some wont show up at all but still get paid for it. Service for the poor black areas on the south side of the city, Washington Heights, Morgan Park (east of the Metra tracks), Englewpod, Ashburn, Auburn-Gresham. Evergreen Park and Oak Lawn, Mt Greenwood neighborhood, Beverly neighborhood gets way better services, why? Upper income whites, better neighborhoods, high rent areas. I called and complained, supervisor called me up 8 MONTHS LATER!
