Our family has been with Comfort Keepers for nearly six years. We have been extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, care, concern and overall service. We are impressed and satisfied with the technology Comfort Keepers employs to help us care for our loved one. For example, the life alert monitoring system has saved our loved one from a potentially life threatening episode. Just by the press of a button on his wristband, the paramedics were dispatched and arrived within minutes, while someone alerted our family to the situation. I can’t imagine what could have happened if this technology was not available. In addition, we plan to utilize the Grandpad, as well, to keep us connected to our loved one when we cannot have direct contact. In today’s busy world, the use of technology to improve your quality of life is necessary. That is why we are so delighted Comfort Keepers utilizes the best available technology, in addition to the human touch. Finally, over the past six years we have come to realize, experience and appreciate the devotion of Comfort Keepers’ holistic caregiving approach. The approach is full of empathy, compassion and understanding. Needless to say, we are grateful to Comfort Keepers for their exceptional service. Thank you so much!

Im incredibly impressed with Comfort Keepers. The staff is timely, knowledgable, and the caregivers genuinely seem concerned about me and my family. I am especially thankful for the kindness and consideration that Raquel showed to my uncle (who unfortunately, is not the nicest man). My uncle broke his hip just before Thanksgiving and I suddenly became the go to person for his care. I have three kids of my own (one home from college) and I literally had no time to organize. The discharge planner at Northwestern gave me a list of homecare providers and Comfort Keepers was the only company that could meet with us the same day. Not only were they able to set up care over the holiday, they made sure my uncle returned home with everything he needed prescriptions, groceries, shower chair. Raquel even cooked a small turkey dinner so he wouldnt feel left out. I cant recommend their services enough. Completely seamless experience.

Monica is by far the best caregiver weve ever had. She is warm and friendly and always goes above and beyond to keep my mom comfortable. My mom lost all feeling from the waist down so she cant tell if she is wet or if something is poking her. Monica is always by her side checking to see if she needs to be changed or if my mom wants to be adjusted in bed. It feels like an old friend is visiting when shes here. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with comfort keepers. Ive tried a few other places in the past but this agencies is definitely the most reliable and eager to help. I feel like their hearts are really in it here.

Ive worked with Comfort Keepers almost 2 years and I could actually say its really been a pleasure working for them. ..the staff is amazing. ..helpful...friendly down to earth and very accommodating to ones needs...the scheduling is very flexible ....the job itself is fulfilling and very rewarding ....pleasant atmosphere most of the time ...and most of the clients Ive dealt with were very easy to work for and nice. ..GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR !!

When I was looking for an agency that had assisted living in Chicago, I was glad I found Comfort Keepers. I needed a homecare agency in Chicago that was able to help my mother and father, they both needed more help than my siblings and I could give and this way, we have some piece of mind knowing that our parents are being given the kind of attention they need and they still can maintain their independence.

those guys are great. flexible on the hours, reasonably priced and my mom says the care takes always smile a lot :). great alternative to a senior housing and im finally at ease when im away for business. almost forgot, you can request a caregiver that speaks Polish!
