I am a caregiver with Home Instead Senior Care, and have worked with over fifteen clients in my time here. I am a recent transplant to Tennessee and everyone has made me feel very welcome here. The clients I have on my regular schedule have made me feel welcome in their homes and i look forward to going to work with them each day. Home Instead has been particularly skilled at ensuring that if we have an opening in our schedule, we are offered another client to work with, and also, if a client needs a shift filled, they are offered a substitute for the day. I have often been called to be a substitute caregiver in times of need, and i really appreciate the offer of extra hours. Overall, i have been very pleased with working with this office, and the staff is especially cheerful to be around. Very competent people.

I have worked at Home Instead Senior Care for almost 3 years. It is the best place in the world to work!!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. They have all been caregivers before so you never have to face a problem alone as they have your back!! Home Instead Senior Care is the best place ever to work!!!! Also if you need or know somebody else that needs home health care, Home Instead is the way to go!!! The caregivers are carefully screened and thoroughly trained, so you can feel confident with leaving your loved one in their care.

The program has been a wonderful experience. I have enjoyed working with the different families. Every family is different. I look at each individual and try to assist them in moving forward instead of backward. With families, we work on mobility, gardening, memory modes, familiar tack and identification - just to name a few. I am there with a listening ear with encouraging words along the way. I get up every morning excited about going to work. This has been an awesome journey.
