When scheduling, they were very flexible and I didnt have to schedule an appointment very far in advance. For the appointment, I met with Renee and Dr. Wilhelm for a routine eye exam. They were both very professional and friendly, as was the front desk staff. The appointment started right on time and there wasnt a wait to see the doctor. The eye exam was thorough and I felt very informed about everything they were doing and the end results. I do not get glasses or contacts from them, so I can not comment on that part of the business.

Basically, everyones in a big hurry; little time to chat, or be really interested. Wanted 960.00 for an exam, lenses, and a frame; and that was one of their cheaper frames! Needless to say, Im going somewhere else. I told the lady that was too much to pay and out I went.

Very very horrible i paid for transition licenses and i didnt get them in my licences and i paid for them and now i have to wait again and they knew my eyes were really sensitive to sun. They didnt even care to apologize. Would not recommended this place.

Apparently they take Medicaid, but they do not submit claims for glasses through them. I do not have the time to take a prescription to another eye doctor to have them submit a claim for a pair of glasses.

I have been going here my whole life (30 years) and have always had a wonderful experience! The staff is super friendly & helpful! Will continue to come here with my family as long as they are around!

They kept me waiting to see someone. Theyd tell me over the phone to come in. And when I came in, they told me they couldnt help. Overall, they didnt treat me the way a customer should be treated.

Friendly staff but very expensive. I went in for a simple eye exam and ended up paying 300 past what the insurance company covers because they could not get my perscription correct.
