Doctors are fine, but the reception staff comes across as incompetent. 1st visit they had our billing and contact info wrong because "it must have been up when they started entering someone elses info and they typed over it" combining two different families records. 2nd visit, they scheduled the follow up visit for May 31st at 9:45, I get home and look at the reminder card and they wrote June 28th not May. Call them back and they dont have time on May 31st so they went with June. Would have been nice to know as the June date doesnt work for me.

A friend recommended Iowa Eye Care to me. I called and with in a few days they set up an appointment for me. The wait time wasnt very long, everyone was friendly. Dr. Colander and Dr. Christensen, were very nice and explained things in a way you could understand. I found out I had a cataract on my right eye. They set up an appointment with the surgeon and the hospital all I had to do was go. Cataract is gone and my vision 20/20. I will recommend Iowa Eye care to everyone.

Excellent!!! My husband and I have gone to Iowa Eye Care for eight years. We have been met with smiley faces and treated with the most kindness that anyone could expect. They are very patient and listen to what you have to say. They make sure that you understand every thing about your eyes and why they check to make sure they are working at there best. We have never been rushed out the door and we already have our next appointments made for next year.

I started coming here in 2015 based on a recommendation from a friend who had been seeing Dr. Cruise for years. The staff here is great, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and their hours make it much easier to get an appointment. Ive been to several different eye care offices around Cedar Rapids over the years, and Iowa Eyecare is by far my favorite.

The staff at Iowa Eyecare in Marion are friendly and helpful. We have seen Dr Dennis Francis for many years and he is great at explaining everything, personable and all around great eye doctor. They have a good selection of eye glasses and if you cant find a pair their you can check out their other locations. Highly recommend this location!

I went to Iowa Eye Care in 2010. The staff was very helpful to my needs and wants. I asked what glasses they suggested with my budget, and I took them on their offer. Theyre very willing to fix glasses as soon as you need them to very little to no cost. Iowa Eye Care is by far the best place to be seen by an eye doctor.

They were very professional at doing there job and making sure they do all the test that needed done to make sure your eyes was in good shape and healthy. And everybody was so nice to you as soon as you walked in they made you feel at home. So I would really recommend going there if you need and eye doctor.
