Will not refer to anyone outside of LGH. I have a podiatrist I am very happy with and when my insurance changed my podiatrist did accept the new insurance but said they just needed a referral from my PCP. Circle health declined to give me a referral because it was a doctor not in their group. He accepted my insurance but that didnt matter. Circle health wanted me to see their podiatrist just so they could make more money. Very sad they put themselves before their patients.

This place is concerned with getting you in an out and billing your insurance as much as possible. They will not refer outside of the Lowell General network no matter what insurance you have. Its not about providing the best care possible for patients, its about getting as much cash as possible. Oh, yah good luck getting someone on the phone and if you show up between 12-1 expect to wait in the hall as they lock the office so they can eat lunch! Unheard of for a doctors office.

The doctors are ok, the entire experience is awful. They do not care to spend time with you as an individual and seem to be pushing the more expensive treatments as much as possible. For bloodwork they send you across the hall to another Lowell General mess in Circle Health across the hall, which is then billed as another appointment. Billing is expensive and comes from 3 different areas within Lowell General, so making sense is challenging.

I have been a patient for about a year and not once have then not provided excellent patient care and concern. Westford family medicine is I think one of the best primary care practices out there. I never have to worry about if they will call me back or process a referral. I feel like they really care about me and my health. The support staff is excellent and the office has a wonderful positive attitude!! Thank you Hilary Anderson Chelmsford

I choice this office for convenience and their connection to specialists at LGH.. however two years in a row now they have rescheduled my appointments multiple times.. that is far from convenient or professional.
