I have called numerous times to be told, no appointments available for a week. I have had to go to the ER to get antibiotic for a sinus infection. Also, I have been using lidocaine pain patches for a work related from 2010. My last refill was April 3,2017. I was told that I could not get any refills because Lidocaine pain patches are a controlled substance... LMAO.... I can buy them over the counter at any store. I am feeling very frustrated with the care I am Not receiving. I have several health issues that have been thrown under the carpet..... I am losing faith in the quality of service.....

While I really liked my doctor at this location the office was to painful to call. Every time I had to call I would be put on hold for 20-30 mins at a time and even longer when you were transferred around and around. I finally lost my patience when trying to deal with calling the office when very sick so I changed doctors. You can never just call and get someone to answer without being put on hold and I also have had numerous prescription issues when having to renew or pick up a prescription.

Absolutely awful, never any appointments available, even for urgent situations like flu, nearly impossible to get anywhere on the phone here, my wife and I have never actually seen the doctor we chose here in a year, only and always a nurse practitioner who is clearly overloaded with patients. Scant office staff is less than helpful and bordering on rude in most situations and at times due to a thick accent can be difficult to understand....welcome to socialist MA health care at its finest.
