Totally unorganized, should have NEVER changed over, poorest customer service Ive ever seen, anywhere, period. Totally lied to, stroked around since day one. I wouldnt let them cover a dead dog. The last straw has come, changing back to United Health Care. DO NOT EVEN TALK TO THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER, AND LAUGH AT YOU WHILE THEY ARE DOING IT, I HAVE PROOF!
