Dr. Saitta is a great doctor. I had my baby in 2012. Everyone that i have encountered at this office was great then. Even after a few more years with this office was a great experience. Though its been a while since I was unable to see Doctor Saitta because of a very difficult schedule, I have not forgotten her thats why I still want to go to her. Today I am very disappointed not with the doctor but with a very unhelpful staff with an attitude. I have an appointment this Saturday and same day they called if I am able to come in at 10- 10:30, I informed them that I was out of town and will not make it so they scheduled me for Wednesday but then I called today to confirm and they keep forwarding me to billing without explanation. Billing cannot even explain to me whats going on and why they cancelled my appointment. I called twice, the same thing happens. When somebody called back, she was very nasty. It would be nice if staff would know how to explain the situation in a respectful manner. I hope the doctors know how horrible their staff are and that they are losing patients because of them. Though how much I love doctor Saitta but if the front liners are horrible and very unhelpful, I dont want to be dealing with this.

Dr. Huang is great! She is very good at her job. She is fast paced but definitely takes her time if you have questions or concerns. The staff is much nicer than the average office. The best part is they are true to their appointments. No long waits!

My visit with Dr. Huang was comfortable and there was virtually no waiting time. Which is one of the most important factors of choosing a Doctor. Dr. Huang is very professional and listens well.
