Chester Elements Massage
The last time I visited this establishment, I was told that my paperwork had been lost and that I needed all new xrays for my mouth. I didnt understand how this was my problem, considering this is the ONLY dentist I have ever been too. I was charged for all new pictures to be taken and for them to show up on a computer screen. The girl who attempted to perform my cleaning was late, scattered and extremely rough while "cleaning" my teeth. She expressed her frustration about my sensitive mouth by huffing and puffing and telling me that I need to come back in order for them to numb my mouth to clean my teeth without hurting me. I was told that I would need Novocaine on 4 sections of my mouth, totaling over $1,000 for a cleaning. I did not receive a full cleaning that day but still paid for a full cleaning with an expectation to come back to the establishment. Based off my experience, I will not be going back. The Dr who came in after was extremely nice and professional. Her name was Dr Ivana Heinlein. She was the ONLY positive part of my recent experience at North Hunterdon Dental. Kudos to her for her professionalism.

My wife and I have been using these dental professionals for about 20 years. The team of Doctors and hygienists are about the finest Ive known anywhere (having lived all over the nation) and deliver dental medicine with the utmost competence and care. The front office and billing is great - they do not demand any co-pay up front preferring to mail you a bill. They do handle your insurance submission for you - so long as your insurance company allows that. In the 20 years Ive used this practice I have never had one off moment, not one complaint, not one issue. These people are, bar none, the best.

The worst dental group ever poor customer service unfriendly people not to mention they say we accept insurance and we will submitt for you. EXCEPT they do not.when their done you will get a higher than normal bill from any other dentist.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH

This practice has been my primary dentist for the past 4 years. Every hygienist Ive had has been friendly and thorough. Dr. Ivana has done most of my work and does a great job. She even assisted me with Invisalign. I also like the appointment text reminders.
